Erasmus+ Staff Training in Malta!

Our Erasmus+ Accreditation journey continues in Malta!
Our team participated in the training course “Preparing Adult Trainers for the Digital and Employment Challenges of Adult Learners”, gaining new knowledge and practical approaches to address some of the key challenges facing adult education today.
Throughout the training, we explored digital skills and AI, employability, inclusive education, learner-centred approaches, coaching and mentoring, with a strong focus on how adult trainers can better respond to learners’ diverse needs and support their personal and professional development.

Introducing EUYouthBridge – A European Network for Youth Organisations

One of the most exciting developments of the CareerBoost project is the launch of EUYouthBridge (EUYB) – a European network created for organisations working with and supporting young people.

The idea behind EUYouthBridge is simple: bring organisations together to share knowledge, exchange experiences, discover new EU funding opportunities, and build partnerships that create more opportunities for young people, especially those with fewer opportunities.

As the network begins to grow, we've also added a dedicated EUYouthBridge section to the CareerBoost website, where you can now find:

We are delighted to announce that our Erasmus+ project, BluSustAIn – Developing VET Skills for Blue Economy SMEs through AI for Sustainability (2026-1-ES01-KA220-VET-000452101), has been officially approved for funding! 🎉
As the Blue Economy embraces digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is creating new opportunities to improve sustainability, efficiency, and innovation. However, many vocational learners, professionals, and SMEs still lack the skills needed to harness AI responsibly and effectively. BluSustAIn aims to bridge this gap by equipping the current and future workforce with practical AI competences that support greener and more sustainable Blue Economy sectors.
Over the next 30 months, organisations from Spain, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Lithuania, and Bulgaria will work together to develop a micro-credential-based VET curriculum on AI for Sustainability in the Blue Economy, along with innovative digital learning resources and an open Digital Training Hub to support vocational education and lifelong learning.

📱🌍 Expanding the OSCAR impact!

As we move closer to the final stages of the project, partners across all participating countries are reaching out to content creators, influencers, and digital ambassadors who can help spread the OSCAR message even further.

Our goal is simple: raise awareness about e-waste and encourage more sustainable habits among young people.

Each partner country is currently looking for influencers whose values, audience, and content align with the project's mission. We are seeking individuals who can inspire positive change, communicate environmental topics in an engaging way, and help us reach communities that traditional educational campaigns often miss.

Through their creativity and influence, these ambassadors will help introduce young people to:

📱 Sustainable digital habits
🌱 Circular economy principles
💡 Practical actions everyone can take

By combining education with the power of social media, we hope to reach even more young people and encourage lasting behavioural change.

We are delighted to announce that our Erasmus+ project, MEDIA BRIDGES – Intergenerational Media Literacy for Seniors in the Age of AI (2026-1-PL01-KA220-ADU-000450521), has been officially approved for funding! 🎉
As Artificial Intelligence transforms the way information is created and shared, older adults are increasingly exposed to misinformation, online scams, and AI-generated fake content. At the same time, many communities lack practical educational resources that help seniors develop the critical thinking and digital skills needed to navigate today's rapidly evolving media landscape.
Over the next 24 months, organisations from Poland, Greece, Italy, Spain, and the Czech Republic will work together to strengthen media literacy through intergenerational learning, connecting seniors with younger generations in collaborative educational activities that promote digital confidence, critical thinking, and responsible AI use.
We look forward to sharing the journey of this exciting European project with you!

CareerBoost brings together three organisations from Poland, Malta and Greece, each contributing different experience and expertise to help create more opportunities for young people across Europe.

Together, we're developing practical resources that will help youth organisations better understand EU programmes and support young people—especially those with fewer opportunities—in accessing education, training, volunteering and employment opportunities.

Over the coming months, we'll be working together to develop educational materials, grow the EUYouthBridge network, share inspiring success stories and create tools that youth organisations can use long after the project ends.

According to the latest EU data (May 2026), the average youth unemployment rate in the EU stands at 15.2%.

Among the CareerBoost partner countries:
🇬🇷 Greece: 16.8%
🇵🇱 Poland: 12.4%
🇲🇹 Malta: 8.8%

These figures remind us that, while the situation varies across Europe, many young people still face barriers to employment and career development.

Through CareerBoost, we're helping youth organisations make better use of EU programmes so they can guide and support young people—especially those with fewer opportunities—towards education, training, volunteering, mobility and employment opportunities.

By increasing awareness and strengthening cooperation between organisations across Europe, we hope to help more young people unlock their potential.
