Have you been flirting with the idea of joining our Sunday Reading Club, but you have doubts? Here are some FAQ and answers:
1. Does everyone get the opportunity to read and speak during the meeting?
Yes, we all get the opportunity to read and listen to the others. That plays an important role in learning, becoming fluent and improving our confidence.
2. Are the lessons recorded?
No. We are strict about this, so that the students feel comfortable to be themselves and feel at ease. However, at the end of each meeting you get an audio of what we read, plus the notes of the class.
3. What if I cannot join every week?
No problem at all. You still have access to the notes and the audio. You can also start and stop your membership anytime.
4. Do you read books?
No, this is not a book club. We read fairytales, stories of famous writers and we also learn by playing and having fun.
5. I only have A2 level. Should I join?
Yes, that's the ideal level to join. You will have the opportunity to review vocabulary that you are already familiar with, learn new vocabulary and learn more about the Greek culture and the Greek literature.
