Leadership in aviation is never theoretical...it’s tested in real time.

During MATBA’s Onsite Week in Chios, our students joined a dedicated Leadership Workshop moderated by Mr. Michael Bell, engaging in real-world aviation scenarios based on an Aegean Airlines case study.

We were also honoured to welcome Dr Dimitris Gerogiannis, Chief Executive Officer of Aegean Airlines, during the Leadership Workshop, whose insights further enriched the workshop with a strong industry perspective.

In addition, an educational excursion complemented the academic programme, supporting experiential learning and cohort cohesion.
