In the framework of Work Package 3 - Teaching/education of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on CoE-SUBE, EMUNI University 🇸🇮 a competence framework in blue , with a long-term effect, is being produced.

Building on the model of the EU’s digital competence framework, and built through a rigorous foresight exercise based on the methodology applied by the ETF - European Training Foundation, the competence framework on blue skills will serve as a key reference point for any education activities in the area of Blue Economy. The competence framework will be peer-reviewed by the European Training Foundation. The competence framework will be an open-access publication.

The intends to collect information about the skills needed to perform a job that is really needed in the blue economy labour market. The blue economy sectors listed in the survey are based on the EU Blue Economy sectors of the EU Blue Economy Observatory (https://blue-economy-observatory.ec.europa.eu/eu-blue-economy-sectors_en).
