Fully furnished 2nd floor bright apartment, situated in a quiet alley street next to the National Archaeological Museum. The flat consists of an entrance hall, a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a wc with bathtub and has two balconies (living room & bedroom).
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven & washing machine. Double bed with bedside tables in the bedroom. Corner sofa, coffee table, dining table, 2 chairs, flat TV, CD player & electric piano in the living room. Air condition in the living room covering the whole house. Since the flat serves as a secondaty family home, it is fully equipped (bed linen, towels etc) and decorated (paintings on the walls, mirrors, blinds, carpets etc).
All bills are included in the price you pay (electricity*, water, internet, common building expenses). Victoria subway station is a short 5min walk away and parking in the neighborhood is easy outside working hours. The house is ideal for Erasmus students wishing to stay in down town Athens close to many attractions and nightlife. We expect you to take good care of the flat and its contents.
