• Architectural design of buildings

• Interior Architecture
An integral part of the architectural physiognomy and the functionality of a project that is considered by Zoi's Architectural Lab, is the design of its interior space, the quality of which is determined by the boundaries of its individual functions, the choice of textures, materials, colors of the furniture and their arrangement in space. Of crucial importance is the study of lighting. Spaces feature plenty of natural light, while the artificial light complimenting the ambient light is aimed at a creative approach of the interior space with sophisticated aesthetic sensibility.

• Landscape architecture In the open spaces,
Zoi creates grids of movement and convergence that are not only physical, but also visual. The spaces become a kind of theater where the visitor is both a spectator and protagonist. Its design ensures favorable conditions both in terms of thermal comfort and an improved quality of the environment through the use of bioclimatic and general environmental principles. The planting of vegetation, an organic element of the configurations, is used to introduce axes of movement and standstill, to layout activities, and to control and normalize climatic conditions.

• Enviromental design
The architectural design of the shell of the building re-becomes their skin, which protects the interior, reacts to external stimuli, responds to a variety of climatic conditions that include extreme temperatures, solar radiation, meteorological phenomena and wind. It adds color and texture, it adapts and mutates, as does the skin of living organisms. Continuous briefing in relation to the development of new technologies is a key tool for Zoi in designing buildings for which their "shell-skins" to perceive what is happening in the environment and to react properly and quickly, aiming for the comfort of their users and the reduction of energy consumption.

Modernization Maintenance - restoration - renovation - reuse. Executed within the knowledge framework for interventions with modern techniques, new materials and the philosophy that buildings live, breathe, mutate.
