Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα το "εύκολο" στην απλότητα.
Το να σταθείς. Το να κρατήσεις τη φόρμα σου. Το να μείνεις.
Είναι πιο απαιτητικό απ’ όσο φαίνεται.
Γιατί εδώ δεν κρύβεσαι πίσω από την ταχύτητα, τον ιδρώτα ή τον θόρυβο.
Εδώ μετράει η ακρίβεια, η συνέπεια, η εσωτερική πειθαρχία.

Και μέσα από αυτή τη σιωπηλή δουλειά, κάτι αλλάζει.
Μπορεί να μη φωνάζει. Αλλά φαίνεται.

Η διαδρομή μου...
Δεν διάλεξα τη διδασκαλία. Εκείνη με διάλεξε.
Κι αν σε αγγίξει αυτό το κείμενο, είναι γιατί ίσως κάπου συναντιόμαστε...
Δεν έγινα δασκάλα γιατί "ήξερα". Έγινα γιατί πονούσα.
Γιατί έψαχνα ανακούφιση, και τη βρήκα μέσα στην κίνηση.
Διδάσκω αναπνοή, γιατί κάποτε κρατούσα την ανάσα μου από άγχος.
Διδάσκω ενδυνάμωση, γιατί κάποτε ένιωθα αδύναμη.
Διδάσκω ισορροπία, γιατί ακόμα τη μαθαίνω.
Κάθε μάθημα είναι ο δικός μου τρόπος να σου πω: σε νιώθω.
