Another biblical and surreal place to visit: Mars Hill or the Areopagus. It sits below the Acropolis in Athens, where the Apostle Paul started reasoning with Epicurean and Stoic philosophers in the 1st century.

Read Acts 17:16-ff.
The Bible talks about this place! And that Paul was greatly distressed at all of the idols in Athens. So many of them in that culture.

Karl and I did a hike around the back and ended up on Mars Hill just as the sun was setting over Athens. Incredible!

May we all take them to heart remembering Jesus’ words and the second greatest commandment to love one another. John 13:34

For a great definition of what love is, read
1 Corinthians 13.

Miraculously everyone survived. 3 months later, the journey to Rome continued.

Of course, why does this matter? Why should we care? As believers in the Truth, this proof continues to corroborate the vera...
