At Papademetriou School, our Graduation Ceremony was more than a celebration of certificates — it was a celebration of growth, confidence, critical thinking, and the skills our students will carry into the future.

Continuing a tradition of over 20 years, our students took part in a debate competition, showcasing the power of communication, teamwork, and independent thought.

We were especially honoured by the presence of three distinguished guests: Judy Boyle (author/teacher trainer), Niki Nika (Cambridge) and Maria Andreou (British Council), whose inspiring words made the evening even more meaningful.

We are incredibly proud of our students who took part in this year’s Debate Competition — a tradition that has been part of our school for more than 20 years!! ✅📚🏫
Through teamwork, critical thinking, public speaking, and respectful exchange of ideas, our students showed confidence, maturity, and courage. More than a competition, debate is an opportunity for young people to find their voice, express their opinions, and develop skills that will stay with them for life.
