As we close the chapter on another school year, we find ourselves reflecting on how much we've shared together as a community. 🫶

To our students, thank you for bringing energy, curiosity, creativity, and joy to our campus every day. To our teachers and faculty, thank you for the care, dedication, and countless hours you invest in our children. To our parents, community partners, volunteers, and fellow PTO Board members, thank you for believing in the power of a connected school community and for helping create experiences that enriched life at ACS Athens throughout the year.

What makes ACS Athens extraordinary isn't just the events we host or the programs we support - it's the people. It's the willingness to lend a hand, celebrate each other's successes, embrace our diversity, and come together from all corners of the world as one community. 🥰

We are incredibly grateful to be part of this journey with you.

Today, we especially celebrate our graduating seniors as they take the stage for Commencement and begin an exciting new chapter. Your hard work, resilience, leadership, and contributions to our ACS community have left a lasting impact. 🦉🙌

🎉🌸 The ACS Athens PTO would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make our Spring Festival such a wonderful success! 🌸🎉

From the incredible families who prepared and donated dishes for our International Food Court 🌍🍽️ (featuring flavors from the USA, Greece, China, Israel, Japan, Korea, Arabic countries, Ukraine, and Italy) to our generous sponsors 🫶, dedicated volunteers 🙌, talented student performers 🤩, dancers 💃🕺🏻, student clubs 🧑‍🎓, vendors 🛍️, and community partners 🤝, this event was a true reflection of the diversity and spirit that make ACS Athens so special.

👏 Thank you to every parent, student, teacher, staff member, and supporter who contributed their time, talents, and enthusiasm. Your support helped create a memorable celebration for our entire school community and a wonderful way to close out the school year.

The ACS Athens PTO Spring Festival will also feature two beautiful Chinese dance performances:

✨ “Dance of Spring” and “Jin Xiu” by the Sino-Hellenic Performing Arts Alliance (SHPAA) ✨

These performances will bring color, movement, music, and cultural tradition to the festival stage as part of an evening celebrating the diversity of the ACS Athens community. 🌏❤️

Guests will have the opportunity to experience traditional Chinese dance and artistic storytelling through performances that showcase elegance, tradition, and culture. 🌸🏮

From live music and international performances to activities, food, and family fun, there will be something for everyone throughout the evening! SEE YOU THERE! 💙💛

✨ Three Haunted Chords ✨

🎶 The Three Haunted Chords are a Greece-based rockabilly band bringing raw, energetic rock ’n’ roll with a mix of blues, country, and vintage influences. 🎤🎸🔥

Known for performances that are tight, dynamic, and true to their live sound, this is a set music lovers won’t want to miss during the festival. 🤘

✨ Featured Performance: ZEIBEKIKO Greek Dance Show ✨

Join us for a special performance celebrating Greek music, dance, and culture with the ZEIBEKIKO Greek Dance Show. 🕺🇬🇷

Zeibekiko is one of Greece’s most well-known traditional dances, and this performance will bring great music, energy, and a true Greek festival feel to the event. 🎶🔥

The ACS Athens PTO Spring Festival scheduled for June 6th is almost fully staffed; we just need a few more volunteers to help make this fun community event possible! 💙💛
