Ο ΑΝΕΜΟΣ ΑΝΑΝΕΩΣΗΣ αναγκάζεται να πουλήσει τον ξενοδοχειακό εξοπλισμό του μετά από μια απίστευτη απόφαση δικαστηρίου για έξωση, μετά από αγωγή και συνεχή προσπάθεια των ιδιοκτητών να μας διώξουν. Το δικαστήριο αποφάσισε οτι ο (δήθεν, στην πραγματικότητα όμως πληρωμένος) λογαριασμός 781 ευρώ προς την ΕΥΔΑΠ είναι επαρκής λόγος για εκδίωξη - κλείσιμο μιας καινοτόμου κοινωνικής επιχείρησης, του Welcommon Hostel, ενός πρότυπου ξενώνα σε κτίριο 3000 τμ και με ενοίκιο 15-17.000 ευρώ και με δαπάνες κσι ενοίκια που είχαμε καταβάλει χωρίς επιδοτήσεις ή δάνεια από τράπεζες (αφού δεν μπορούσαμε έτσι κι αλλιώς να πάρουμε).

Έτσι ο ΑΝΕΜΟΣ ΑΝΑΝΕΩΣΗΣ έκλεισε το WELCOMMON HOSTEL και αναγκάζεται να πουλήσει άμεσα τον μεταχειρισμένο αλλά σε καλή κατάσταση ξενοδοχειακό εξοπλισμό του ξενώνα WELCOMMON HOSTEL κατάλληλο για ξενώνες, ξενοδοχεία, οίκους ευγηρίας, κοινωνικές δομές (σεντόνια, κουβέρτες, στρώματα, κρεβατια, καρέκλες γραφείου, τραπέζια, καθρέπτες, πίνακες συστημάτων συναγερμού, ρεσεψιόν, πάγκος μπαρ, πίνακες ζωγραφικής, φωτογραφίες σε κορνίζα κλπ).

Our hostel has been nominated for a HOSCARs award. We have already received 11 European and international awards and distinctions for our social work

The WELCOMMON Hostel is an innovative hostel in Athens - open to all the different kinds of travelers (tourists, volunteers, refugees, migrants, erasmus, nomads) with social and green impact, as well as a centre for , and , , training on , non formal , and .

The hostel was created in 2018 and is run by the social cooperative / Wind of Renewal. The WELCOMMON Hostel highlights the positive impact that cooperatives and social enterprises have on communities, revitalizing neighborhoods, making bridges between communities, social groups, newcomers and local people. TODAY IS: European Music Therapy Day! 🎷 A day where music therapists will hold open house events and organize workshops to spread knowledge about the field. Besides teachers, Connect by Music works with music therapists as well. Music therapy in a camp setting is different than in a clinical setting. For example; we don’t provide therapy to clients but work with the community; Community Music Therapy. ✨ We provide a space to express feelings through music (for example through singing, songwriting or moving to music), ✨ We work on social skills through music (improvising, leading/following interventions) ✨ We provide a space to calm down and breathe (for example through mindfulness, breathing and meditation exercises) ✨ Most of all: We provide a space to explore, learn and connect which is essential to the development of children and grownups who are uprooted from their home country.
