On Friday 26th of June 2026, the Project Managers from AKMI International and DIAN Training Acvities met at AKMI officers. Current project progress was discussed with the main topic being the implementation of the future activities of the project. Special focus was given to the seminar with title "Training of Trainers" that will take place in Athens, Greece at the end of October of this year.

European Program
“Innovation in Agriculture for a Sustainable Future”

The European Erasmus+ Program, “Innovation in Agriculture” (In_AgriCulture), is a partnership between Turkey, Greece, and Portugal and aims to modernize agricultural education through sustainable agriculture and new technologies.

Key Objectives
· Skill Upgrading: Training farmers and agricultural technicians in sustainable practices and digital agriculture.
· Educational Materials: Creation of interactive educational materials, available in print and digital formats.
· Networking: Strengthening cross-border cooperation and the digital transition in education.

Brief Description and Objectives of the Program
The program (running from Oct. 2025 to Sept. 2026) includes Management, Material Development, Educational Workshops, and Dissemination Activities.
The IN_AgriCulture program:
ü Aims to upgrade the skills and professional level of vocational education and training instructors in the agricultural sector so that they can better meet the current needs of the market.
ü It offers an innovative educational approach that combines sustainable agriculture, energy and water management, new technologies, and organic farming.
Although it was originally designed for the participating countries,
ü it has the potential to be implemented and utilized throughout Europe, while contributing to the development of rural, remote, and disadvantaged areas.

Dear Sirs,
Our company, DIAN Education & Management Activities, is participating alongside other European organizations in the implementation of the European programme ‘Innovation in Agriculture’.
The aim of the programme is to develop and promote innovative farming methods through the use of modern technological applications, with the aim, amongst other things, of:
a) Reducing the wasteful use of water,
b) To reduce the indiscriminate use of chemicals,
c) Increasing productivity whilst reducing costs,
d) The development of ‘smart’ greenhouses,
e) The application of modern technologies to the cultivation of large
areas.
Relevant educational material has been produced for the programme, which includes innovative ideas and detailed implementation guidelines.

“Innovation in Agriculture”

2nd Meeting in Évora, Portugal
5–7 May 2026

a. Çukurova District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry – Turkey
b. K. Milios & Co. OE – Greece
c. TERRAS DENTRO – Associação para o Desenvolvimento – Portugal
The 2nd meeting of the three organizations participating in the European project “Innovation in Agriculture” took place in the beautiful and historic city of Évora, Portugal, from 5 to 7 May 2026. Representatives of the above Organizations attended the meeting and worked together to ensure the successful implementation of the project’s objectives.
During the meeting, representatives of the three organizations presented the activities that have already been implemented in their respective countries within the framework of the project, as well as the progress achieved to date. They also discussed and planned the actions that need to be completed before the end of the project, placing particular emphasis on training activities and the dissemination of project results at both national and European levels.
Special attention was given to the evaluation of the training materials provided by DIAN. The partners reviewed the quality and suitability of the materials, as well as the quality of their translations into the languages of the participating countries. They expressed their satisfaction with the standard of the work produced and put forward suggestions for further improvements.
During the meeting, it was decided that the next transnational meeting will take place in Greece in late August or early September 2026. The objective of this meeting will be to evaluate the training activities carried out in the three participating countries and to prepare for the project's final event, which will be held in Adana upon the completion of the project.
On the occasion of the meeting in Évora, the DIAN representative informed the other partners about opportunities for participation in new European projects and initiatives, presenting the European programmes EURES TMS and Alliance. At the same time, all participating organizations were encouraged to actively engage in these new cooperation opportunities, aiming to further develop international partnerships and strengthen innovation in the agricultural sector.
The meeting concluded in a highly positive atmosphere of cooperation, reaffirming the commitment of all partners to the successful completion of the project and to maximizing its impact on local communities and the European agricultural sector.

c. Συνεργασία μεταξύ του Προγράμματος EURESS-TMS και του Deree – The American College of Greece
Athens, October 15, 2025 – As part of the dissemination strategy of the Project EURESS-TMS towards the labor market, a meeting was held with the Director and the Senior Manager of the Career Office of Deree – The American College of Greece, a leading educational institution with a long-standing presence in Greece.
The College representatives expressed strong interest in the Project, and it was agreed to jointly organize informational and promotional activities, culminating in the event within the framework of Career Days 2026, which will take place on February 8–10, 2026. At the event, Dian will have a dedicated stand and will present the program to approximately 400–500 graduates and young professionals.

At the same time, starting in October 2025, DIAN will launch online communication with interested graduates, while during the same period targeted contacts will be made with large companies and professional organizations throughout Greece, with the aim of promoting international collaborations.

This collaboration strengthens the mission of Project EURESS-TMS to support young people in developing professional careers abroad, as well as in connecting them with companies seeking international partnerships.

Euroreso Annual Conference Held in Kalamata
The Annual Conference of the partners of the European Euroreso Network was successfully held on 29 April 2026 in Kalamata, bringing together 47 delegates from 28 European countries.
During the conference proceedings, the Euroreso activity report was presented, according to which the network's membership has now exceeded 100 members, confirming its continuous growth and expanding European presence.
Particular emphasis was placed on discussions regarding the expansion of the network beyond Europe. Delegates examined a proposal from the Presidency concerning the admission of new members from countries in South America and Africa. The proposal was unanimously approved, opening new opportunities for international cooperation and the exchange of expertise.
As part of the General Assembly, Euroreso's financial report for the year 2025 was also approved. Elections were held for the appointment of the Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 term. Following a vote, it was unanimously decided that the current Board of Directors would remain in office, in recognition of its highly successful performance and the significant achievements attained during the previous two-year period.
Participants also decided that the next Euroreso Annual Conference will take place in Southern Portugal in April 2027.
Within the framework of the conference's parallel activities, the representative of DIAN presented the EURES TMS programme to the delegates, inviting network members to actively contribute to its promotion and dissemination in their respective countries.
The conference concluded in a highly positive atmosphere, reaffirming the commitment of Euroreso members to strengthening international cooperation, expanding the network, and promoting innovative initiatives within its fields of activity.

Τhe «Alliance» Project

The “Alliance” project, which started one year ago, is being implemented according to schedule and with the close cooperation of all partners. The cooperation takes place through face-to-face and online meetings once a month.
According to the implementation schedule, the following have been completed so far:

WP1 – Project Management and Coordination
Work Package 1 ensures the effective management, coordination and smooth implementation of the project, supporting the achievement of all specific objectives.
WP2 – Preparation and Needs Analysis
Work Package 2 lays the foundations for the development of the project through the investigation of the needs and challenges of the vocational education and training system in Albania and Kosovo. It contributes to strengthening international cooperation, mobility and knowledge exchange between the two countries.
WP3 – Development of Training Material and Capacity Building
Work Package 3 focuses on the development of training material, the operation of the MOOC platform and the training of the partners. At the same time, it enhances the skills of vocational education staff in management, research, networking and internationalization, creating new opportunities for international cooperation and exchange of know-how.
WP4 – Implementation and Pilot Operation
WP4 concerns the pilot operation of the International Offices, the development of partnerships at national and international level and the implementation of mechanisms for continuous monitoring and improvement. Its objective is to strengthen mobility management, develop the skills of VET staff, promote knowledge exchange, encourage international staff exchanges and enhance the international presence and quality of educational institutions.
WP5 – Dissemination and Impact
WP5 focuses on maximizing the visibility, dissemination and impact of the project's activities and results through horizontal actions that support all specific objectives of the project.
