🚀 A new initiative worth following!

If you are interested in STEM education, educational robotics, and innovative teaching methods, we would like to introduce you to the Erasmus+ Ergo Project !

focuses on supporting teachers in delivering educational robotics online in engaging, inclusive, and creative ways.

Throughout the project, we will explore topics such as:
🔹 Effective approaches to teaching robotics online
🔹 Inclusion and girls’ participation in robotics and coding
🔹 Combining robotics, coding, and art
🔹 Practical ideas and resources for bringing robotics activities into the classroom

Empowering teachers to embrace Artificial Intelligence in education!

As part of the Erasmus+ AI2SCHOOLS project, our partner Directorate of Secondary Education of Laconia, recently organized two professional development workshops for Mathematics and Science teachers in Laconia, Greece.

Participants explored innovative -based teaching scenarios developed and piloted by trained educators, while engaging in valuable discussions on the opportunities and challenges of integrating into the classroom.

It is encouraging to see the growing interest of the educational community in promoting the responsible, critical, and pedagogically meaningful use of in schools.

Congratulations to the Directorate of Secondary Education of Laconia, all the educators, trainers, and partners involved in making these workshops a success. We look forward to seeing more AI2Schools training activities in the new school year!

Great to see the AI2Schools project reaching local school communities!

Our partners from Laconia Secondary Education Directorate recently presented the Erasmus+ project during the School Activities Event of the Municipality of Evrotas, showcasing how is being integrated into education.

Teachers from Geraki and Skala of Laconia High Schools shared their experience of piloting innovative AI teaching scenarios after receiving training through the project, highlighting the importance of developing AI literacy, critical thinking, and the responsible use of AI in schools.

Congratulations to all the schools, educators, Directorate of Laconia Secondary Education authorities, and partners who contributed to this inspiring event and continue to promote innovation in education!

EDUMOTIVA in the Teacher Academy Maker Education project meeting at the Universidade do Minho in Braga, Portugal, presenting the Maker Spaces Guidebook for schools (to be published soon in open access)
🇵🇹 Looking back at our productive days in Braga!
Earlier this month, on 8–9 June, the partners of the Teacher Academy Maker Education (TAME) project met at the Universidade do Minho in Braga, Portugal, for our second interim consortium meeting.
During two intensive days, we made significant progress on:
✅ the Maker Education Competence Framework
✅ the Maker Spaces Guidebook
✅ teacher training modules
✅ upcoming Moodle courses and webinars
✅ evaluation and pilot implementation planning
✅ project management and reporting
Beyond the productive discussions and collaborative workshops, the meeting provided another valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and prepare the next steps towards supporting both pre-service and in-service teachers through innovative maker education.
A big thank you to Laurinda leite and the entire Universidade do Minho team for the excellent organisation and warm hospitality!
We are excited to continue building the future of teacher education together.
