The Inclusion@Work Festival – Inclusion in Action is coming to Athens on June 5, 2026, and enthusiastic volunteers are invited to support this meaningful event!

Volunteers will help create a welcoming, accessible, and inspiring experience for all participants, supporting registration, guest guidance, workshops, networking activities, exhibitors, logistics, social media, and more.

By joining, volunteers can gain valuable experience in organizing a large-scale social impact event, develop communication and teamwork skills, and connect with organizations and professionals working in diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and social innovation.

Deree – The American College of Greece was honored to support the Career Day alongside and , an initiative focused on empowering professionals aged 50+ and promoting a more inclusive future of work.

The Career Day brought together participants and representatives from 28 companies through interview and networking sessions focused on new professional opportunities and meaningful connections.

The event also included career coaching sessions by certified coaches , professional LinkedIn photoshoots , and an insightful seminar on succeeding in the era of Artificial Intelligence by Fotis Filippopoulos, PhD, Lead at KPMG Intelligence Lab.

Members of our CRT team were there to support the initiative as volunteers and we appreciate their efforts and support throughout the years.

A warm thank you to KPMG Greece, GPMA, OTEAcademy for hosting the event, the participating companies, speakers, coaches, volunteers, and everyone who contributed to this meaningful initiative and made the event such a success.

Together, we continue building a professional environment where every generation is valued and empowered. ✨

Bringing classroom learning into the professional world ✨

Deree – The American College of Greece students had the opportunity to visit the Kaizen Gaming Campus, where they attended a company presentation and Q&A session, followed by a campus tour.

Students also learned more about the Marketing Operations & Organic Social team and received information about internship opportunities, gaining valuable insights into the professional world.

Experiences like this highlight the importance of connecting academic knowledge with professional practice, helping students explore career paths and understand industry environments.
