🍊 Μαθηματικά μέσα από τη βιωματική μάθηση!

Τον Απρίλιο του 2026, οι μαθητές της Β΄ Γυμνασίου στο Πρότυπο Γυμνάσιο Αναβρύτων συμμετείχαν σε μια δημιουργική δραστηριότητα Μαθηματικών με θέμα την επιφάνεια της σφαίρας, παρουσία φοιτητών του ΕΚΠΑ.

Χρησιμοποιώντας πορτοκάλια ως μοντέλα σφαίρας, οι μαθητές πειραματίστηκαν, συνεργάστηκαν και ανακάλυψαν βιωματικά ότι η επιφάνεια της σφαίρας ισούται με τέσσερις φορές το εμβαδόν του κύκλου της.

Μια δράση που ανέδειξε τη δύναμη της συνεργασίας, της ανακάλυψης και της ενεργού συμμετοχής στη μάθηση!

✨ Two inspiring days at the ACADIMIA Educational Workshops in Sofia! 🌍📚

Educators and professionals from across Europe came together on 11–12 May 2026 in Sofia, Bulgaria, to explore innovative and human-centered approaches to education through creativity, collaboration, and experiential learning. 🇪🇺

Participants engaged in workshops on:
🧠 Ethical Action & Reflection (EAR)
🎭 Drama in Education
🌱 Strength-Based Learning
🎮 Gamification
🔬 Creative STEAM
🚀 Talentmaker
💡 Creative Learning methodologies

The workshops created a vibrant space for reflection, dialogue, teamwork, and inspiration — highlighting how inclusive and creative practices can transform learning experiences for students and teachers alike. ❤️

[𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁]
Over the past two days in Sofia, Action team with participating teachers and project partners came together to exchange innovative lesson ideas, present classroom practices, and collaboratively review the MARIAN training guide.

The MARIAN Project promotes an inclusive, creative, and hands-on approach to mathematics education in multicultural schools. By combining Montessori principles with creative technologies, the project places children at the center of the learning process, helping improve engagement and reduce learning gaps.

From the Greek team, participating mathematics teachers were:
• Efi Theodorakopoulou – Anavryta Model High School
• Dimitris Bakalis – 1st Gymnasium of Gerakas
• Alexandra Valta – 1st High School of Lykovrisi

During the training, the teachers presented the lesson plans they had implemented in their classrooms, showcasing practical applications and inspiring teaching approaches.

[𝗛𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁]
In the first week of May, the Action team traveled to Tunisia together with youth workers from across the Mediterranean and Europe for an international training experience for Hacktive youth project. 🇹🇳✨

During the training, we explored the Social Hackathon methodology and its 7 key steps, with a special focus on the role of youth workers in organizing local workshops and local social hackathons that create real impact in their communities.

Beyond the learning sessions, the week was filled with cultural exchange, collaboration, and meaningful connections among participants from Greece, Tunisia, Morocco, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Egypt, and Palestine 🌍🤝

Together, we shared ideas, experiences, and visions for empowering young people through social innovation and active participation.

🎭✨ 𝐌𝐘𝐧𝐝𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 | 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐚, 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚 🇦🇱
40+ youth workers and actors from across the region came together for 5 inspiring days of creativity, learning, reflection, and connection in the framework of MYndTheater project— hosted by Shoqata Together for Life

📍 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 & 𝟐
We began by building trust, strengthening group dynamics, and creating the foundation for collective storytelling. Through energizers, improvisation, and creative exercises, participants explored digital conflicts and transformed real-life experiences into meaningful theatre scenes 🎭

From developing characters through “The Passport” activity to building stories using the 4-part scene architecture, participants reflected on key moments for change and gave voice to today’s digital challenges through theatre.

📍 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑
The journey continued with one of Forum Theatre’s most powerful roles — the 𝐉𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐫 💫

Scenes were paused, questioned, replayed, and reshaped as participants discovered how to turn spectators into “spect-actors” — actively stepping into the story to explore new choices and possibilities in real time.

From still images to live performance, stories came alive on stage — created, challenged, and rebuilt together 🎭✨

[Α𝗖𝗔δ𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁]
✨ 𝗔𝗰𝗮δ𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲!✨
We were delighted to deliver a training program for 60 educators from 22 schools in Heraklion, presenting three of Acaδimia’s innovative methodologies: EAR, Creative STEAM, and Gamification.
The training was organized in collaboration with the Directorate of Secondary Education of Heraklion, with our trainers traveling to Crete to share practices of creative and inclusive learning with educators from diverse disciplines.

📚 Despite the rainy weather, on Friday after school hours and throughout Saturday, participation was remarkable! Educators engaged enthusiastically, exploring ways to make their teaching more creative, inclusive, and meaningful for all students.

🎉 As if that wasn’t enough, we also experienced a special moment for the city: OFI won the Cup after 39 years! The celebrations at Eleftherias Square filled the city with joy—and we were part of it too!

🥐 Of course, we couldn’t leave without enjoying traditional bougatsa at Lions Square, paired with aromatic coffee with cardamom—an authentic taste of local hospitality.

💙 In just two days, Heraklion offered us:
• the joy of teaching in an environment that embraces creative learning
• the shared excitement of a major victory
• unique flavors and experiences
• the warmth of Cretan hospitality

Τελικά, οδηγούν όλα στην Αθήνα;

Τι είναι η Αθήνα αν όχι οι ιστορίες που ψιθυρίζουμε στους δρόμους της; Ένα ηχητικό ντοκουμέντο για την πόλη που αγαπήσαμε και αγαπηθήκαμε βαθιά, μια εξερεύνηση όπου κάθε γωνιά της γίνεται ο καθρέφτης του εαυτού μας.

Αν η σχέση σου με την πόλη είναι ένα complicated situationship γεμάτο έρωτες, αντιφάσεις και βόλτες στα βραχάκια, τότε είσαι στο σωστό σημείο του αλγορίθμου και σε θέλουμε για να γίνεις μέλος στην ομάδα παραγωγής του νέου αυτού project! Το project πραγματοποιείται υπό την αιγίδα του DemPod, ενός καινοτόμου προγράμματος της Action Synergy, και στόχο έχει να δώσει φωνή στις δικές μας αλήθειες. Εδώ η Αθήνα είναι ο καθρέφτης μας: χτίζουμε το project ανακαλύπτοντας την πόλη και τους εαυτούς μας μέσα σε αυτή.

Ποιους ψάχνουμε;
Ανθρώπους με δημιουργική φλόγα που:
Θέλουν να γίνουν μέρος μιας ομάδας που μετατρέπει τις γωνιές της πόλης σε ηχητικά ντοκουμέντα.
Αγαπούν τις αντιθέσεις—από τον ρομαντισμό της αρχαίας Αθήνας μέχρι το δημιουργικό χάος του σήμερα.
Έχουν τo μεράκι να δημιουργήσουν κάτι από το μηδέν

Δεν χρειάζεται να είσαι ήδη ειδικός στα podcast! Το ταξίδι μας ξεκινάει με μια σειρά από webinars όπου θα εκπαιδευτούμε όλοι μαζί, θα δέσουμε σαν ομάδα και θα μάθουμε τα πάντα για το concept του podcasting.

Σε αυτό το project δεν χρειάζεται να είσαι «κάτι»... αρκεί να θέλεις να το δημιουργήσεις.
