👥EN: Highlights from the official opening of the Multiplier Event for the revival of the traditional art of weaving and its relation with vocational training. 👥

On Monday 11.7.2022, in the Ceremony Hall of theHarokopio University of Athens, took place the official opening of the Multiplier Event "Weaving: Vocational Training for People of the General Population and Young People with Intellectual Disabilities. Good Practices and Perspectives".

The Rector of Harokopio University, Professor Maria Nikolaidis and the Scientific Manager of the Program, Professor Evangelia Georgitsoyanni, welcomed the Deputy Minister of Culture and Sports, responsible for Contemporary Culture, Mr. Nicholas Yatromanolakis.

The launch of the extremely interesting action for the revival of the traditional art of weaving and its connection with vocational training was also honored with the presence of several official guests, such as representatives from the Embassies of Albania, Romania and Portugal, from the "Disabled Children Institution of Tirana", from the Greek Special Education Laboratories MARGARITA and THEOTOKOS and of course several textile organizations.

👥EL: Στιγμιότυπα από την επίσημη έναρξη της Πολλαπλασιαστικής Δράσης για την αναβίωση της παραδοσιακής τέχνης της υφαντικής και τη σύνδεσή της με την επαγγελματική κατάρτιση.👥

Τη Δευτέρα 11.7.2022, στην Αίθουσα Τελετών του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου πραγματοποιήθηκε, η Επίσημη Έναρξη της Πολλαπλασιαστικής Δράσης «Υφαντική: Επαγγελματική Κατάρτιση Ατόμων του Γενικού Πληθυσμού και Νέων με Νοητική Υστέρηση. Καλές Πρακτικές και Προοπτικές».

Η Πρύτανις του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου, Καθηγήτρια Μαρία Νικολαΐδη και η Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη του Προγράμματος, Καθηγήτρια Ευαγγελία Γεωργιτσογιάννη, καλωσόρισαν τον Υφυπουργό Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού, αρμόδιο για θέματα Σύγχρονου Πολιτισμού, κ. Νικόλα Γιατρομανωλάκη.

Την έναρξη της εξαιρετικά ενδιαφέρουσας δράσης για την αναβίωση της παραδοσιακής τέχνης της υφαντικής και τη σύνδεσή της με την επαγγελματική κατάρτιση, τίμησαν επίσης με την παρουσία τους αρκετοί επίσημοι προσκεκλημένοι, όπως εκπρόσωποι από τις Πρεσβείες της Αλβανίας, της Ρουμανίας και της Πορτογαλίας, από το Ίδρυμα Disabled Children Institution of Tirana, από τα ελληνικά Εργαστήρια Ειδικής Αγωγής ΜΑΡΓΑΡΙΤΑ και ΘΕΟΤΟΚΟΣ και βέβαια αρκετοί φορείς υφαντικής.
