A 𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝘂𝗽 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 is not necessarily my cup of tea. I honestly wouldn't be able to complete 𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝘂𝗽𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝘄 with an acceptable pushup form anyway, and working out until failure is not my objective either. So this time, 𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳𝘄𝗮𝘆 with two sets of 100 pushups separated by a long break: a version of 𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝘂𝗽 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄.
I build 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀. This 200 pushup exercise was a cheat-day workout when I was on vacation. Working out while on holiday, even if it is only a little, helps me keep the momentum going with my healthy fitness habits.

A 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝘂𝗽 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 on a paddle board is not my usual workout. 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝘂𝗽𝘀 as a cheat-day workout was more difficult than I thought. I struggled to complete my 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝘂𝗽𝘀 set on that occasion, but my satisfaction with completing this series of 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝘂𝗽𝘀 remained intact.
I kept the momentum going with my fitness habits by exercising a little every day, regardless of the circumstances.
