Yo! Hard copies of the 2025/26 Winter Holiday Special are IN! 12 pages of punk nonsense knocked out over the holidays, just in time to watch the ice melt (and the world collapse). There are 60 copies: 30 in orange and 30 in green (don't be fooled by my subpar photo skills).

I'll be doing a few rounds over the weekend, so if you'd like a copy for your self, distro, shop, waiting room or whatever, get in touch! As always, this is totally free, but if you're interested, there are copies of recent issues and the CB1 collection, as well some gray t-shirts still available.

Anyway, issue #13 is coming up next!

Yo! You may have noticed that Issuu is going through its ensh*tification phase, so from now on you can find all issues of Crucial Zine online at a new account over at Calaméo. You can find a link to the profile in the comments!

Also, the latest mini-issue has been sent to the printers, so it will also be available in physical form. Issue #13 is being reorganized and will come out as soon as I sift through 4 years worth of reviews.

DIY Solidarity is a project that allows us to redistribute funds among DIY communities to beat at least some of the injustices that come with a global economic order completely out of balance.

It means that, every year, we have some funds available to support DIY projects.

We have a straightforward application form that keeps bureaucracy to a minimum, while allowing us to identify the cornerstones of the project: where is it, what is about, and what are people asking for?

Applications for the 2025 funding cycle are now open. The application form is available from March 1 through March 31.

We’d also like to share fairly equally between bands and venues, zine makers and distros, festivals and gatherings, social centers and living spaces. While $1,000+ applications might go through, chances are limited. We’d like to spread what’s available between more than a few projects.
