The breath is synchronized with standard motions and positions (asanas) of deep streching in order to remove the resistance from the body and the mind. The asanas are practiced with the help of the props: wall, blocks, belts, pillows, mats, blankets, bolster, chair,... this helps the body to built up strength, to improve the alignment and elasticity and to feel the benefits of each asana without extra effort. The props serve to stay longer in each asana in order to relieve unnecessary stress and pressure, they save energy, improve blood circulation and respiratory capacity. They allow simultaneously both the action and relaxation. A few of the benefits of Yoga :

1 hour AERIAL practice with a HAMMOCK :
Incorporated elements from Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, Aerial Acrobatics, Movement Therapy and Breathing Techniques. The hammock can be used as a prop to help and support the body to lengthen, to go deeper in each position, to stretch and to increase the mobility and/or more dynamically and acrobatic. Benefits :
Decompression and spinal alignment. The invertions release the intervertebral discs. Better blood circulation and detoxification. The invertions are beneficial for the poor circulation of the lower limbs (varicose/phlebitis). Increasing the flexibility of the body and the range of motion. Myo-skeletal and fascial release. Muscle strengthening and improving stamina. Maintenance of bone mass due to resistance to tractions with our body weight. Improves self confidence. The movement on air make us face our fears, the inversions decompress the tensions and the support on the hammock leads to a feeling of relaxation and liberation of the body, of the thought and all the senses.
