In Yoga, Ta***ic traditions, and other Spirituak Systems, Chakras are recognised as subtle aspects of our being, connecting us to our Eternal, Cosmic Nature beyond this physical reality. โœจ

According to Ta***ic texts, there are many Chakras within the human body.

However, six are traditionally recognised as the primary Chakras:

Sharabh Yog is a practice of Yoga and Kriya named Malaya Yog referring to a method of Yoga that is born from Shiva and Parvati.
Malaya Yog does not have the same roots as Hatha Yog. It is a combination of Kriyas, Mantra, Energy, Asana, Kumbhaka and Dhyan. It originates from Dabur {Shiva} and Yamalaye [Shakti} Ta**ras and is the system of Yog that Sri Bhairavanand uses.
