Fun Breadfruit Project update: Work continues daily on the farm, and as you can imagine it gets very hot! Our shade house on the farm needed repair. In the past the team would rely on outside builders. But thinking like a director, our Farm Director Moussa & colleague took the initiative to rebuild the roof on their own! I am so very proud ! Grateful to see the empowering progress over the last decade! It is incredibly rewarding to see the creativity and ingenuity that unfolds when one is given guidance, support, encouragement & space to create! I am so very proud of our team! Great job ! 🙌🏽🙏🏽🤩 ☀️Inuwali! - 🌺Nenegale/

I couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome home our Breadfruit Project Director, who will be sharing with us all about the journey very soon here
My dear nhunya ( younger sister) Anissa Lucero and team had an incredibly successful trip and as the development Director VP and treasurer since the inception of Kissidugu Foundation, I couldn’t be more thrilled to see where we have grown to over the last 11 years of dedicated work!

 Progress is happening!
The Junior company continues to utilize the space for drumming and dance while we are beginning to make a real difference in bringing empowerment and food Security to Guinea West Africa! Our Farm and its trees are growing beautifully!
I am so grateful for all of the continued support of the work & for incredible support from my Hawaii community over these many years!! Thank you! Mahalo! Inuwali!

Big props and kudos to Anissa Lucero for all her amazing work in creating the Breadfruit Project: writing, raising funds, directing and implementing on the ground! I am so proud! 🙌🏾💥🔥

We look forward to bringing great updates from the trip very soon!
