To Our Outgoing Grade 6 Pupils,

I want you all to know that I love each and every one of you. It has been a wonderful journey watching you grow. Some of you came to us when you were only 7 or 8 years old, and today you have grown into confident young boys and girls.

As you move on to the next stage of your education, I encourage you to remain serious about your studies. Let your books always be your best friends, and never allow anyone to change the good values and character that have brought you this far.

Believe in yourselves, work hard, stay disciplined, and always respect your parents, teachers, and one another. Keep striving to achieve your dreams, and never give up, no matter the challenges you face.

Remember, my door will always be open. I am always available whenever you need my support, guidance, or encouragement.

Thank you for the wonderful memories you have given me. I am proud of every one of you, and I pray that Almighty Allah guides, protects, and blesses you with success in all that you do

Greetings to you all,
Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah!
On Saturday, 25th July 2026, we embarked on our much-anticipated school excursion and, by the grace of Allah, returned safely and peacefully. It was a memorable educational journey filled with valuable lessons, new experiences, and enjoyable moments for both our pupils and teachers.
During the excursion, we visited several interesting and historic places, including Makasutu Cultural Forest, Bintang Bolong, the Old Cooking Pots at Bwiam, and Senegambia. We spent the night at Farafenni Proper Lower Basic School.
On Sunday morning, we continued our journey to the Gambia Songhai Initiative. Unfortunately, we were unable to fully explore the centre because it was closed for the weekend. We then visited Kerewan Bridge, Albreda, Kunta Kinteh Island, and finally Berending Sacred Site, where we concluded our excursion.

We thank Allah (SWT) for granting us a safe and successful trip.

⚽ Friendly Football Match 🤝

Wednesday, 15th July 2026

Today, LAMBAI Lower Basic School had a friendly football match with our neighboring school, YAKANU Lower Basic School.

The match was full of fun, excitement, and good sportsmanship. Both teams played brilliantly from start to finish. YAKANU took the lead just a few minutes after kickoff, but LAMBAI responded quickly with a well-deserved equalizer.

The match ended in a 1–1 draw, and the winner was decided by a penalty shootout. After a thrilling contest, the final penalty score was:

🏆 LAMBAI Lower Basic School – 4
🏆 YAKANU Lower Basic School – 5

Congratulations to YAKANU Lower Basic School on their victory, and well done to both teams for displaying excellent teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

We look forward to another exciting encounter tomorrow, Thursday, 16th July 2026, when our female teams will take to the field.
