ELC Support Officer

You're the person who notices when something isn't set up right, and fixes it before anyone asks. IOU is looking for an ELC Support Officer to keep our English Language Centre running at its best.

Day to day, you'll set up and manage courses on Moodle, coordinate student enrollments and placement tests, respond to student and instructor queries, and prepare reports on ELC operations.

You'll need a degree in Administration, Education, or IT, at least two years of admin experience, and solid Moodle and Google Workspace skills. If you keep things organised so others can do their best work, this is where you belong.

You'll work on accreditation documents, analyse course evaluation data, maintain QA records, support program reviews, and track improvement plans.We're looking for a degree in Education, Administration, or Social Sciences, at least three years in an admin or regulatory support role, and strong data management and report writing skills.
