Why do so many people remain trapped in cycles of distress even when they "know" what’s wrong❓

Why do people keep reacting the "same way" in arguments❓

Why do certain habits feel "impossible" to break❓

Or why does insight, motivation, or even treatment sometimes fail to bring lasting change❓

Psychological suffering often lingers because deeper patterns - avoidance of pain, disconnection from meaning, and neglect of spiritual strength - keep people stuck❕

Fighting emotional pain can make it worse. 🚩

Focusing only on symptoms can leave people feeling hollow. And ignoring the role of values, faith, and resilience means missing vital sources of human strength.❕

✅This is why Solace brings to you a 2‑day workshop with *Wajeeha Nisar Khan* , titled “ *Beyond Insight: The Architecture of Change* ”, in which we invite you to explore these pressing questions through both contemporary psychology and Islamic perspectives. You will reflect on why some people grow through adversity while others remain stuck, and how faith‑sensitive approaches can open new doors to healing, resilience, and flourishing.

✨This workshop isn’t about giving you more “to-do” lists. It is about giving you a Life Map. By understanding the “architecture” of how you think, feel, and act, you can finally make sense of your relationships and the complexities of your own behavior.🤲🏼

The Muslim Ummah needs more than inspiration, it needs Muslims who can think with clarity, lead with wisdom, and uplift others while remaining firmly anchored to the Qur’an and Sunnah.

In a world overflowing with personal development methods, many approaches encourage success without spiritual purpose. Islam offers something deeper: growth that begins with the heart, is guided by revelation, and leads to success in both this life and the Hereafter.

The Islamically Integrated Life Coaching (IILC) Program was created to bridge that gap.

Whether you are a parent, educator, counselor, psychologist, mentor, da’wah worker, community leader, or simply someone seeking meaningful personal growth, IILC provides a practical framework that combines authentic Islamic guidance with evidence-based coaching practices.

This program is about far more than learning coaching skills.

It is about becoming someone who inspires positive change, supports others with compassion, helps people rediscover purpose, and empowers them to overcome life’s challenges without compromising their relationship with Allah.

The Ummah needs individuals who don’t just offer advice, it needs people who can nurture lasting transformation through the guidance of revelation.

Be part of this journey with Solace and contribute to restoring faith-centred human development.

Duration: 25th July – 25th October (3 months)
Days: Saturday & Sunday
Time: 3:00–5:00 PM (Makkah Time)

📌 The Muslim Ummah doesn’t just need more motivated people. It needs people who know how to think, lead, and guide through the lens of Islam.

Today, we’re surrounded by self-help, coaching, and personal development - but much of it is built on worldviews that separate growth from Allah, purpose from the Hereafter, and success from submission❗

As Muslims, we deserve better.

We need an approach that transforms the heart before the habits, aligns the mind with revelation, and develops people who can navigate life’s challenges without compromising their faith.🤲🏼

The Islamically Integrated Life Coaching (IILC) program was designed for exactly this purpose.

Whether you’re a parent, teacher, counselor, psychologist, mentor, da’wah worker, leader, or someone striving to become a better servant of Allah, this program equips you with a framework that integrates authentic Islamic principles with evidence-based coaching.💪🏽

This isn’t just about becoming a coach.

👉🏻 It’s about becoming someone who can bring clarity where there is confusion, hope where there is despair, and purposeful change rooted in the Qur’an and Sunnah.

✅ The Ummah doesn’t simply need more advice. It needs more Muslims who know how to facilitate transformation.

Join Solace and become part of a movement that is reviving human development through the guidance of revelation ✨

Every psychology degree teaches you about the human mind.
Most of them do it through a framework that has no room for faith.

IOU's BSc in Psychology is different.

Islamic ethics isn't a module you opt into.
It's the foundation the whole program is built on.

Human behaviour. Counselling theory. Research methods.
Developmental, social, abnormal psychology.

Graduate with a psychology degree you can actually stand behind.
One that makes sense of people through a lens you already believe in.

Fully accredited. Fully online. No campus.

It is easy to feel discouraged when your daily sacrifices, discipline, and quiet acts of goodness go underappreciated.

While people might overlook your efforts, Allah never does. He sees every single step and every silent struggle made for His sake.

As Allah reminds us:

"...Indeed, Allah does not allow the reward of the doers of good to be lost." (At-Tawbah 9:120)

When the world overlooks your hard work, remember that Allah never does.
