OFFICIALLY REGISTER WITH GTTINAA AS A MEMBER

Are you a GTTI graduate (ex-student)??? Here is a chance for you to officially register with The GTTI National Alumni Association (GTTINAA) as a member.

GTTI National Alumni Association, established and incorporated in the 2017, is an association that is comprised of GTTI graduates. GTTINAA was primarily founded on the basis of: unifying GTTI graduates (ex-students) under one umbrella thus to help them in the development of their career paths, initiating and attaining projects, services and events that would better the lives of GTTI graduates, as well as to serve the GTTI Students, our communities and country at large, specifically in respect of job creation and employment opportunities; career guidance and mentorship; scholarship trusts for both the alumni and GTTI students; assisting GTTI as an institute in fulfilment of its academic mission; fostering fellowship among the alumni through socio-civic activities, promote the growth, progress and the general welfare of GTTI; entrepreneurial development, industrial, professional, skilled and unskilled youth empowerment projects, multimedia and online opportunities among other things as enshrined under Chapter III of the GTTINNA Constitution.

It is against this background that we thought it will be imperative for all GTTI graduates to join the Association thus to contribute their quotas to help the Association attain its goals and objectives. On that note, kindly follow follow the below link and register as a member:

GTTINAA OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED....💡

GTTI National Alumni Association (GTTINAA) was officially & successfully launched on the 7th July, 2021 at the GTTI Campus under the theme: "The Significance of T.V.E.T in The Gambia".

The Association partnered with the Ministry of Higher Science Research and Technology and International Trade Centre to commemorated this auspicious event.

The Ceremony saw the convergence of Reps from National Youth Council, Our Guest Speaker Mr. Amadou Gigo - CEO of Gigo Construction, Rep of DG, GTTI, Insight Training Center Alumni Association Executive, GTTI Staff Association, GTTI Student's Union, EX Students of GTTI & members of Press & other media outlets.

ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NATIONAL TVET ALUMNI NETWORK

The Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology - MoHERST in its drive to establish Gambia's first ever TVET alumni network, has today, 1st June 2021 at its premises at Bijilo, occasioned and presided over an election that was contested for by delegates from the GTTI National Alumni Association and the Insight Training Center Alumni Association that saw the establishment of the National TVET Alumni Network and its first Board of Executives. The following persons were duly elected for their respective positions:

The second phase of the election of the members of the Board of Executives of the National TVET Alumni Network to fill the other vacant positions within the Executive Board including the Social Committee will be slated by MoHERST as the overseeing authority.

The National TVET Alumni Network is opened to all TVET and non-TVET graduates who have the promotion of TVET at heart.
