Wescore Remedial Colege is an establishment that seeks to address the growing need for employment for our young Gambian school graduates who may not have access to higher institutions of learning such as The Gambia School of nursing, University of The Gambia and MDI. In this regard the foundation is engage in establishing learning centers to prepare school leavers for professional courses such as

nursing and law, our focus therefore is to council the student, and creates a good combination for entry into this higher learning institution. AIMS
• To provide a one year access program in the above fields where students will sit to an external exams to enable them enter university.
• To reduce the number of unemployed youths in our society.
• To provide access to other fields as may be deem necessary. OBJECTIVES
• At the end of each school year, the Institution must have graduated 100 students each year thereby reduce the number of unemployed in each of the faculties.
• Student would have the chance to a careful selection of their choice
• We would have played a role in the provision of man power resources so needed by our beloved nation to develop.
• The access program will serve as a relief for remorse students and bring them back to the learning arena

Applicants must:
Complete Grade 12
• A minimum of 3 Credits including credit or Pass in English and Mathematics and 1 Science subject.

Today, 24th March 2026, our students proudly participated in the World Tuberculosis (TB) Day Commemoration @ Sanyang Village , Kombo South , joining efforts with the global community to raise awareness and strengthen the fight against TB.

As part of the commemoration, our students actively engaged in the following activities:• Health education and awareness sessions• Free TB screening services• Screening for non-communicable diseases, including hypertension and diabetes• Community engagement and outreach

Their participation reflects our institution’s commitment to training skilled, compassionate, and community-oriented healthcare professionals who are ready to respond to pressing public health challenges.

As we continue to mourn the passing of my beloved father, we are reminded that his vision, dedication, and sacrifices must live on through us. He devoted his life to building Wescore School of Health Sciences with a dream of empowering people through education and producing professionals who will serve humanity with compassion and excellence.

In this moment of loss, I call on all family members, staff, students, alumni, and well-wishers to stand together in unity and strength. Let us support one another and remain committed to the mission he started.
