The National Centre for Arts and Culture in collaboration with the Ebunjan Theatre and the Alliance Francaise has the singular honor of inviting all youth groups, association theatre groups,individuals and all partners to the theatre production of RIVER OF DREAMS AND LOVE the night will future for the first time in the Gambian Clowning and other magical theatre performances.

Tickets: D25 for students and D100 for adults
All funds raised will be used to facilitate the Theatre for Development Project.

THE YOUNG PERFORMERS PROGRAM

The Young Performers Program is a 10 days, non residential theater intensive that will take place at Ebunjan Theatre from December 15th to January 1st. The Young Performers Program is designed to provide exceptional training to youths who are serious about their artistic education. Admission to the Young Performers Program is submission of a form.
Classes in Acting Exercises and Techniques, Movement on Stage, Improvisation, Basic Acrobatic, movement ,mime, Storytelling, comic situations, comic timing etc.
In addition to working on technique in these areas participant work on a production to present at the end of the program. The curriculum is set with the intention of developing well-rounded performers.
Young Performers Program students will work with the members of Ebunjan Theatre and our Professional Drama Facilitator with expertise in clowning, in the art of clowning to visit the Gambia from the 15th of December to 1st January 2013 from Australia.

Again, The Young Performers Program is a non-residential program. Students will check in and out of the program daily.

Students must fill in an application form.
