Kids Care Academy Nursery School

Kids Care Academy received learning materials and other valuables from Kabiro Sole and friends on Friday 9th January 2026. The materials comprises of jarseys, balls, shoes, exercise books, text books, bags, pencils, pens, folders, rulers etc.

The management and staff of Kids Care Academy appreciate the gift and hope to use the materials to facilitate teaching and learning.

The objective is to ensure that all these learners proceed to the Lower Basic School with the requisite knowledge, skills, abilities and attitude. Kids Care Academy Nursery School today - 13th October, 2025 received another supply of curriculum resources from their familiar donor Hollie Lowis of the USA. The items which includes; exercise books, counters, student work books, eraser, pencils, crayons etc were formally delivered and presented to the Management and staff by cherno Bojang of Marakissa.

The donor is a familiar and cherished friend of the school, who always makes time to visit and share her kindness with the children by offering them thoughtful gifts whenever she is in the Gambia.

The materials will be rightly use to facilitate the learning processes. The classrooms will be animated and energized to guarantee quality and inclusive learning and aligned to the vision and mission of kids Care Academy Nursery.

Finally, we would like to assure you - Hollie Lewis of our resolve to utilize the resources as you recommended.

Beautiful pictures from the 3rd edition of Kids Care Academy Nursery School graduation ceremony held on the 12th July,2025. Thanks to the Alkalo of Marakissa - Sadibou Colley for gracing the event with us. Loads of thanks to all the distinguished invitees, parents, neighbors and representatives from sister schools for supporting us celebrate our heroes and heroins. The staff and Management of Kids Care Academy Nursery School would like to Cheryl Fuguson for her enormous support in providing the four standard classrooms, 3 toilets and borehole to support teaching and learning.

The staff and Management of Kids Care Academy Nursery School would like to express appreciation on their receipt of Teaching and Learning materials from Hollie Lewis of the US and friend of the Gambia - Cherno Bojang. The students can't hide their excitement seeing the visitors at the school for the second time in one academic year. They also receive food items and other valuables which kept them happy throughout the day. On the 7th May, 2025 been the day we received these gifts, will be added to our records as a significant day among the mighty or giant steps towards our quest for excellence.

Thank you so much Hollie Lewis for choosing to support our school and students throughout The Gambia. May God reward you abundantly for the kindness and put beautiful smiles on the faces of our kids.

Commonwealth observation

Our students were in casual attires earlier this morning to fittingly observe the commonwealth like other schools across the region. They were guided by their seasoned teachers to sing and dance songs related to the commonwealth. After the colorful celebrations, they happily sat down and enjoy their well done dishes from their mothers.

We love seeing kids happy because it instills more energy in us to be always there for them. Thank you to the parents particularly mother's for dressing them up and the succulent foods you prepared for them.

DONATION OF LEARNING MATERIALS

Kids Care Academy Nursery School staff and management wish to thank Mr. Cherno Bojang and Hollie Lewis of USA for donating up - to - the minute teaching and learning materials to the school on Tuesday 4th March 2025. The benefactor is a neighbor and has always demonstrated his unwavering support and love to the school and to the students particularly. Such laudable benevolence from him and friend is never a surprise to the entire school.

The management wish to assure the benefactor that these relevant and apt equipment will be appropriately use in class and preserve to benefit more students in the future. Our goal is to adequately give quality services to our clients which can be certainly realized through this kind of donations. Thank your once more Mr. Cherno Bojang and Friend for the magnanimity.
