Good morning colleagues! This is what the students and staff of Serekunda LBS and UBS are facing on daily basis. Mad people, thieves and drunkards sleeping under our verandas during school hours combined with the footballers. Our lives are at risk and something needs to be done. we consulted the youth leaders and the counselor of the ward but nothing positive. Hence it a community issue the authorities need to help us because the environment is not conducive for teaching and learning

Breaking News: Mansa Colley-Bojang School Sets New Record in 2025 GABECE Exams!

Mansa Colley-Bojang Upper Basic School has once again made headlines with an outstanding performance in the 2025 Gambia Basic Education Certificate Examination (GABECE). This year, a remarkable 13 students achieved aggregate 6, marking a significant improvement from last year’s total of 5 students.

The school has shown consistent academic growth over the past five years. The number of students attaining aggregate 6 — the highest possible score in the GABECE — has steadily increased, reflecting the school's commitment to academic excellence and quality teaching.

2021: 0 students with aggregate 6

2022: 2 students with aggregate 6

2023: 3 students with aggregate 6

2024: 5 students with aggregate 6
