6.3 MILLION REFUGEES AND 13.7 MILLION DISPLACED PEOPLE LIVE IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA.
THERE ARE 79.5 MILLION PEOPLE WHO ARE INTERNALLY DISPLACED IN THE WORLD.
40% OF ALL REFUGEES ARE CHILDREN under 18 years.

WE NOW HAVE EVIDENCE THAT ECONOMIC DISPARITIES ,PARTICULARLY INCOME INEQUALITIES DRAMATICALLY AFFECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SOCIETIES.

THE EXPLANATION OF OUR CONDUCT IS NOT TO BE FOUND IN PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF INDIVIDUALS BUT IN SOCIO-ECONOMIC ,HISTORICAL ANALYSIS OF RELATIONS BETWEEN PEOPLE OF THESE HAVE SHAPED THE WORLD WE HAVE TO LIVE IN.

Many of us suffer grief after a love one passes. Here in The Gambia, the burial takes place so quickly there is little time to Express grief and mourn properly.
Many of us end up with severe problems.
This is something you need to know.
There are four tasks of mourning the loss.
Accept the reality of the loss.
Help the person identify and Express feelings.
Experience the pain of the grief.
Adjust to the environment where the person is missing.
Withdraw emotional energy and re-invest in another or other relationships.Try this.I will explain further in another session.

WHY S*XUAL PROBLEMS ARISE .
S*X IS A NATURAL FUNCTION LIKE DIGESTION-AND LIKE DIGESTION ,CAN BE UPSET BY A WHOLE VARIETY OF PROBLEMS,USUALLY NOT INVOLVING PHYSICAL FACTORS.WE ALL ACCEPT THAT FAULTY EATING ,FEELING RUSHED,STRESSED, ANXIOUS OR IN A BAD MOOD CAN LEAD TO COMPLAINTS LIKELOSS OF APPETITE, IÑDIGESTION,
JDIARRHOEA OR CONSTIPATION,EVEN THOUGH THE BODY IS BASICALLY HEALTHY.WE ALSO KNOW THAT IF WE EAT NORMALLY AND IN A RELAXED WAY ,OUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM WORKS NORMALLY AND WE ENJOY OUR FOOD.IN A SIMILAR WAY (THOUGH FEWER people understand this) IF S*X IS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN NATURALLY AND IN A RELAXED WAY ,OUR BODIES WILL RESPOND NORMALLY WITHOUT ANY CONSCIOUS EFFORT ON OUR PART.
