Kids classes available during midterm. No experience necessary & all welcome.

Jane brings over 20 years of experience in health, movement, and rehabilitation to every Pilates class. Alongside her role as a Senior Community Occupational Therapist and a Master’s degree in Clinical Education, Jane has been teaching Pilates, fitness, and movement since 2002.
Her Pilates classes offer a unique approach, combining flow, variety, and intelligent sequencing of movements to create a full-body strengthening and stretching experience. Each session is designed to build postural strength, improve flexibility, and support how your body moves in everyday life.
Jane is fully qualified in Pilates Matwork and specialises in working with diverse bodies and abilities, including pre- and post-natal clients, older adults, and those who benefit from a more thoughtful, therapeutic style of exercise. With teaching experience in Dublin and Madrid, and international training in contemporary dance, her classes are informed, dynamic, and accessible.
Whether your goal is to feel stronger, move more freely, or improve posture and confidence in your body, Jane’s Pilates classes are grounded in experience, care, and purposeful movement.
