I wish I had known half of what I know now when I was in my mid/late 30's. What a lot of sleepless nights and frustrating days were spent trying to work out what was going on with my body - let alone my mind!

And there is so much you can do to help yourself. And then get on with your life - it doesn't all need to revolve around this. Like anything to do with your health and longevity, arm yourself with the knowledge so you recognise those symptoms if and when they arise.

It’s that time of year … just over a month to go until the festivities 🥳 . As Mums, wives and women the menopause is just one extra thing to deal with during this busy time. We have to see to so much more than normal daily life …

Keeping consistent with your exercise now will help you from dropping off the cliff during the party season! A little can go a long way.

Building muscle, lean fat mass and strong physique is not all about looks, but during the menopause it goes a long way to boosting those serotonin levels and giving us confidence when the anxiety or depression can creep in.

Prioritise yourself and maintain focus 🩵

I can hardly believe we’re nearly done. 8 weeks has never gone so quickly!

What have we learnt?

🩵 We’re not alone - some of us came to the first session a little nervous, emotional and not sure what to expect.
🩵 We are part of a small - but growing community. Strength is in our numbers
🩵 We support each other and feel heard
🩵 We have laughed and cried! But come away feeling more empowered and hopeful than when we first came
🩵 We are brave - we have taken courageous steps to change our life’s. Helping ourselves and our loved ones around us

One more week to learn how to implement changes and reinforce those decisions into our lives. Create habits and nurture motivation.

I’m already in the process of creating next years workshops so look out for more info either with or DM myself.
