This morning, I rudely interrupted one of our clients. Her concern? An increase in stress at work.
The thing is, we don't control stress. It comes and goes. It's part of business.
What we do control is how we deal with it.
Because stress is like a lens.
We can be a passenger and let it affect us.
Or we can be a master and control what we let in, and diffuse where needed
It's a habit you can learn to rewire.
Because stress isn't a bad thing.
How we deal with it is.
So take control.
Make a difference
Don't aim for a stress-free workplace.
But create a stress-managed workplace.

Many companies claim their wellbeing is employee-centric.
Few of them are.
It's the no1 reason many wellbeing programmes don't get results.
Company-centric wellbeing:
❌ Has a wellbeing allowance
❌ Offers free gym memberships
❌ Provides regular wellbeing talks
Employee-centric wellbeing
✅ Identifies what employees need the most
✅ Gives them what they need, when they need it
✅ Recognises when people drop off and actions it
Because the ones that need you the most are the ones that don't have time.
They know what to do. They just don't know how to.
So give them what they need.
And make a difference.
For them. And for you.
Not sure how to?
Drop me a DM.

Over 90% of wellbeing programmes make this 1 mistake:
Focusing on the things that matter the least.
Because when people don't have:
❌ Time
❌ Energy
❌ Motivation
A weekly nutrition chat or gym membership won't change a thing.
Especially for the ones who need it the most
So it's time we focus on the real issues.
The ones that keep people up a night.
Because when we can fix those.
Wellbeing will change lives.
Isn't that what we do it for?

After months of working so hard behind the scenes, we've are ready to reveal it!
Taking wellbeing to a whole new level:
1️⃣ Physical Health (nutrition & movement)
2️⃣ Mental Wellbeing (sleep & stress management)
3️⃣ Workplace Performance (time management & productivity)
A one-stop-shop designed for the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of igaming.
Giving people what they need, when they need it.
So they live, feel & perform better.
It’s what I needed 20 years ago.
And now it finally here.
So excited!

For 20 years, I thought it was about food, alcohol & exercise. But 35kg lighter, I discovered it had nothing to do with that.
You see, it's impossible to get fit when you don't have:
❌ time
❌ energy
❌ motivation
You'll wait for the right time, only to fall back to where you were.
So no, it doesn't start with nutrition or exercise.
It starts with our habits.
They are our foundation.
They determine our actions.
And ultimately define who we are.
That's why I founded HabitRewire.
This picture is from the day I resigned.
To create what I'm about to announce tomorrow.
The one thing I would have needed all those years ago.
And I cannot wait to share it with you tomorrow at 1 pm.

𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲?
At last weeks' Wellbeing At Work conference, this one
statement really stood out.
Glenn Ditlev Rolfsen said during his keynote speech:
Stress is simply the gap between...
👉 Where you are now and
👉 Where you want to be
Such a simple and elegant way to explain such a
complex topic.
It means that to reduce stress...
We have to reduce the gap
What do you think?
Would you agree?

The most important factor for health & happiness is not what you expect.
Here's what this 80-year-old Harvard study says:
👉 It's strong relationships.
Here's why:
• Missing social connection can be as harmful as smoking 15 ci******es a day
• Loneliness increases the risk of cognitive decline, heart disease, and death
• 24% of under 30s already experience significant loneliness
GibSams CEO Brenda Cuby and I discussed it yesterday as well.
That we face countless of emergencies today.
From mental health to physical wellbeing
But we have to remember
That what we need the most IS NOT for sale
👉 Meeting people, having fun and doing things you enjoy.
So who will you connect with today? It might just be the exact thing they need.

So proud! Selected to represent Gibraltar in our upcoming game against Jamaica. After being told I could never play rugby again…
Unable to bend over to tie my shoe laces. And after a lifetime of struggling with weight…
To finally lose the weight, get fit and play international rugby for at the fine age of 41…
I cannot even begin to describe how much that means.
I hope it inspires others too.
That no matter how stuck you feel, or how impossible it seems…
That you can turn things around. Even if you’ve tried a million times.
All you need is the right support. And 1 single decision.
That enough is enough. That you deserve more than living a life of feeling tired, unfit and unhappy.
All you have to do is take action, get outside of your comfort zone and get the right support.
So thank you for everyone that has been such an important part of my journey. My wife Merel most of all.
And of course my coaches. for your trust & belief. for all your 1:1 training & guidance. And for all your coaching around nutrition, activity and navigating life.
I couldn’t have done it without you.
Thank you so much 🙏

What. A. Week! To say I'm proud would be an understatement. The results are just INSANE. Check it out what they said 😱😳
Because talking about it is one thing. But people actually experiencing it... That's a whole new level. And in this industry full of fads, lies and half-truths, it's exactly what we need.
