DISTRIBUTION OF SOUVENIRS FOR LEVEL 100 STUDENTS

The SRC is pleased to announce the commencement of the distribution of souvenirs to all Level 100 students, will begin tomorrow, Monday, 17th August 2026.

The distribution will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will be organized on a faculty by faculty basis to ensure a smooth and orderly process.

The exercise will commence with the following faculties:
School of Business collecting at Simpa Block A and the Faculty of Science Education collecting at SRC Office, South Campus

All Level 100 students are kindly advised to come along with their valid Student ID cards, which will be required for verification and identification before receiving their souvenirs.

The Office of the SRC Electoral Commission wishes to inform the entire student body that the Voters' Exhibition Exercise is currently ongoing.

All students are strongly encouraged to visit the exhibition portal:

to register and verify their voter details.

Students who have already completed the process are also advised to cross-check their information to ensure that their names and details appear correctly on the voters' register.

NB: Only students whose names appear on the final voters' register will be eligible to vote on election day. Any student whose name is not on the register will not be permitted to vote.

All students are urged to take this exercise seriously to avoid any inconvenience on election day.

The Electoral Commission remains committed to ensuring a free, fair, transparent and credible electoral process for all.
