*Role Overview*
The Business Development Manager will work remotely and be responsible for building and managing a network of freelance education consultants across Ghana.
*Key Responsibilities*
✅ Recruit and onboard freelance student recruitment consultants
✅ Train consultants on UAPP’s operations and AI-driven portal
✅ Provide continuous support and performance management
✅ Organise consultant workshops, webinars, and promotional events
✅ Drive student recruitment and sales growth
✅ Develop partnerships and market visibility within Ghana
✅ Ensure consultants meet application and compliance standards
✅ Achieve assigned recruitment and revenue targets

✔ Experience in business development, student recruitment, or sales
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Good understanding of international education recruitment
✔ Ability to train and motivate teams remotely
