*Role Overview*
The Business Development Manager will work remotely and be responsible for building and managing a network of freelance education consultants across Ghana.

*Key Responsibilities*

✅ Recruit and onboard freelance student recruitment consultants
✅ Train consultants on UAPP’s operations and AI-driven portal
✅ Provide continuous support and performance management
✅ Organise consultant workshops, webinars, and promotional events
✅ Drive student recruitment and sales growth
✅ Develop partnerships and market visibility within Ghana
✅ Ensure consultants meet application and compliance standards
✅ Achieve assigned recruitment and revenue targets

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Good understanding of international education recruitment

Submit the completed application form (attached) along with educational documents and passport details via email.

Receive an Offer Letter within one week.

Pay the application fee (contact me for fee structure) and send proof of payment.

Receive a Letter of Invitation/LOA within one week.

(Optional) Pay the tuition fee and receive the official final receipt.

For visa purposes, a Provisional Receipt can also be issued upon providing credit card authorization and a CAD 100 processing fee. The card will not be charged until the visa is approved.
