Dear Prospective Students!
We are pleased to announce that we are issuing “Invitation Letters for Study” for 2017-2018 academic year already. The Invitation Letter is the major document to if you are going to study in Ukraine. Invitation Letter looks like as follows. It contains a shining hologram with Ukraine’s National Sign on it, Student’s passport details and the complete name of the University.
The students who are interested in studying in Ukraine universities in 2017-2018 academic year must send their documents’ scans to us now. We’ll issue and deliver the original of your Invitation letter from your chosen or a recommended university by us within one week using DHL.

Alois Student Agency is authorized to enroll students from all over the world and licensed directly from Ministry of Education, Ukraine to deal with all Ukrainian Universities.

Following are the basic steps to get admission in universities of Ukrainian Universities respectively to get an invitation letter for Undergraduate Study (BSc) we require the following documents-

Copy of International passport (Data page)
Copy of School leaving certificate ( Certificate of O level/A level /SSCE/ HSSCE/ WAEC/ NECO )
Filled Application Form
Invitation Letter 200 USD
Courier Charges 100 USD
Bank transaction charges 25 USD

To get an invitation letter for Graduates Study (Masters and Ph.D. level) we require the following documents-

Copy of International passport (Data page)
Copy of Bachelor certificate with full Transcript / Masters )
Filled Application Form
Invitation Letter 200 USD
Courier Charges 100 USD
Bank transaction charges 25 USD
Invitation letter 200USD, Courier Charges 100USD, and Bank transaction charges 25 USD: Total: 325USD

“VISA”

After getting an invitation letter for the students, the AGENCY takes care of your visa processing. The following documents are needed for the processing. BANK STATEMENTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS will be taken care of by our Agency.

Original Invitation letter
Original international passport (valid for one year)
Higher Secondary School certificate (For 1st year Bachelor Level students)(translated into the Ukrainian language)
Bachelor Degree (For Master Level students)(translated into the Ukrainian language
Masters Degree (For Ph.D. Level students)(translated into the Ukrainian language)
Transcripts (For Masters and Ph.D. students)
Birth Certificate (translated into the Ukrainian language)
Medical Certificate showing absence of Aids/HIV (translated into the Ukrainian language)
Medical Certificate showing physical and mental fitness (translated into the Ukrainian language)
Sponsorship Letter from the Parents/Person who is going to bear the expenses for the student during stay/ studying in Ukraine. (It is not a condition for all Nationalities)
Bank Statement to prove financial ability. (It is not a condition for all Nationalities)

“ARRIVAL”

After getting visa from Ukraine embassy or Consulate, the students is guided till he/ she reaches his destination ( country) and our representative will meet you at airport and making all possible arrangements to clear your immigration, and transporting you to your final destination(city).

We inform you here that Ukrainian Airport authorities do not allow students to enter Ukrainian territory if not informed of his/ her arrival.

Turkish Airline, Lufthansa, KLM, Austrian Airline, Aeroflot, Air France and many other Airlines are accessing these airports several times a day
