International Development Opportunity Initiative (IDOI) was established in 2015 to promote education for sustainable development through provision of avenues for technical support, advanced skills /employable skills training, counselling, orientation, facilitation of internship & job placement among students, equip fresh graduates, young entrepreneurs and business leaders as well as start-ups owners with the requisite practical/executive skills to enable them become successful and create new opportunities for themselves and others. Through its Centre for Advanced Skills Development & Training (CAST), IDOI provides strategic and innovative education and practical skills training programmes aimed at equipping the youth and young adults in Ghana and in sub-Saharan Africa with relevant knowledge, useful practical life skills, appropriate attitudes/values and opportunities with which they (beneficiaries) can shape and or reshape their lives, their communities and the society for successful operational and service delivery.
