At ASA, we are committed to developing Africaโ€™s future female STEM leaders. As a Hostel Guardian, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing, safety, and holistic development of our students by creating a true โ€œhome away from homeโ€ experience.

๐Ÿ’ผ About the Role:

Provide pastoral care and support to students

Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing within the boarding house

Oversee daily routines, student welfare, and discipline

Manage hostel operations, records, and housekeeping

Weโ€™re looking for someone who:

Is compassionate, organized, and proactive

Can build strong relationships with students and staff

Has strong communication and administrative skills

Thrives in a dynamic and student-centered environment
