Yes! You might be wondering and questioning yourself right now. But my answer to you is that you are fine. And tell yourself that everything will and is fine. Most importantly, try to talk to someone you trust. Let's learn to be each other's keepers and surround ourselves with people who care to work towards a mentally healthier world.
Have a blissful weekend and holiday. Stay safe, have fun, avoid stress, manage your expectations, and do something unique for someone during this festive season. Happy New Year in advance until we meet next year. Shalom

Don’t be too hard on yourself because mental health is not a destination; it’s a journey, and you need to take it one day at a time.

Never ignore the signs of mental health illness, and don’t be afraid to seek help when it is necessary. Try to live a stress-free life, so you can live longer. It is not easy, but you can do it, and you will be fine.

Mindfulness is key to improving mental health, so therefore, always remember to take care of yourself first before others because you can’t pour from an empty cup. Take care of your mental health, and don’t be afraid to reach out for help when it comes to your mental health.
