Chuan and Jing joined a wholesale company together just after graduation. Both worked very hard.

After several years, the boss promoted Jing to sales executive but Chuan remained a sales rep.

One day Chuan could not take it anymore, tender resignation to the boss and complained the boss did not value hard working staff, but only promoted those who flattered him.

The boss knew that Chuan worked very hard for the years, but in order to help Chuan realize the difference between him and Jing, the boss asked Chuan to do the following. Go and find out anyone selling water melon in the market? Chuan returned and said yes.

The boss asked how much per kg? Chuan went back to the market to ask and returned to inform boss the $12 per kg.

Boss told Chuan, I will ask Jing the same question? Jing went, returned and said, boss, only one person selling water melon. $12 per kg, $100 for 10 kg, he has inventory of 340 melons.

On the table 58 melons, every melon weighs about 15 kg, bought from the South two days ago, they are fresh and red, good quality.

Chuan was very impressed and realized the difference between himself and Jing. He decided not to resign but to learn from Jing.

My dear friends, a more successful person is more observant, think more and understand in depth. For the same matter, a more successful person sees several years ahead, while you see only tomorrow. The difference between a year and a day is 365 times, how could you win?

3 ways to Honor your Father

1. Esteem his name that you carry. Fatherhood is a relationship (whether biological, surrogate, adopted, or foster.) Don't bring his name into disrepute

2. Endeavor to show kindness to him.
No matter how far or high you rise, remember that the way you treat your father will reflect on you. Don't neglect him even if he neglected you when you were young.

3. Help him fulfill unfulfilled dreams. If God has blessed you, help your father realize his unfulfilled aspirations.

I really love this scripture, it talks about two things;

A. "HUMBLE YOURSELVES,"

To be HUMBLE means;

1. To be UNWILLING TO SHOW OFF & TALK ABOUT YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS (ABILITIES/SKILLS) TO AVOID DRAWING PRAISE & ATTENTION TO YOURSELF.

2. Not CONSIDERING YOUR OPINION, IDEAS & SKILLS AS MORE IMPORTANT THAN OTHER PEOPLE'S.

3. Not TRYING TO SEEM (PROVE / SHOW) THAT YOU ARE BETTER THAN OTHER PEOPLE, EVEN IF YOU ARE RICH, FAMOUS, CLEVER AND TALENTED THAN THEM.

4. Not TRYING TO BEHAVE AS IF YOU ARE MORE IMPORTANT/ KNOW MORE THAN OTHER PEOPLE.

The phrase "HUMBLE YOURSELVES" simply means HUMILITY is an act that only you not someone else can do it for you.

It means we must "TUNE DOWN THE VOLUME that you use to broadcast your achievements" & stop behaving as if have achieved everything without the contribution of God and other people.

Humble people are always THANKFUL & not INGRATE because they always acknowledge God & the contribution of other people who have contributed to their achievements or fame or talent.

"If you want to be a good leader, never take all the credit & attract all the attention to yourself . ... try always show appreciation to God & your team who have contributed to your achievements."...

HUMILITY must reflect is our way of thinking (mind set), our Utterances & our behaviour.

B. "SO THAT HE WILL LIFT YOU UP IN HIS OWN GOOD TIME."

This phrase simply tells us that the reward of HUMILITY is GOD'S UPLIFTMENT (ELEVATION / PROMOTION).

The timing for the reward of HUMILITY is directly connected to GOD'S OWN TIME & NOT OUR OWN TIME.

God ELEVATE (PROMOTE) the HUMBLE & DEMOTE the PROUD.

The Agape Love Of God (Part 2)

" For God so LOVED the world, THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.

For God SENT NOT HIS SON into the WORLD to CONDEMN THE WORLD; but that the WORLD THROUGH HIM MIGHT BE SAVED."...John 3:16 -17 (KJV Bible)

This powerful scriptures, talks about three things;

1. "God loved the world so much that he gave his only begotten son"

The first character trait or act of Agape love is GIVING.

It was the depth of love that God has for us that motivated him to give his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON.

Love is first demonstrated/proven by GIVING.

2. "That whosoever BELIEVETH in him."

The Agape Love is not manipulative or force down our throat compulsorily but it is subject to our FREE WILL to accept & believe.

We believe with our heart (mind) not our feelings.

"You can never believe/trust, what you don't accept & understand.

Understanding is key to Trust.".

3. "Should not perish but have everlasting life.
God sent his son into the world to condemn the world"

God had a specific reason/purpose why he sent Jesus into this world.

The love of God is not aimless or lack purpose but had a clear-cut purpose, to SAVE & not to destroy.

The purpose of love is to SAVE & not to DESTROY.

Any one who professes to love must have a clear-cut purpose... Love must not be shrouded /blindfolded in confusion and aimless.

"You can never love what you judge & condemn.

You can never save whoever rejects you".

May our heavenly father grant us understanding and help us to practice his word daily in Jesus' name, Amen & Amen.

This scripture tells us of 4 things;

1. "GOD LOVED THE WORLD SO MUCH"

The first part tells us of the DEPTH of God's UNCONDITIONAL LOVE for us. God didn't look/consider the weakness, mistakes & sinful nature of man before he loved us.

2. "HE GAVE HIS ONLY SON"

The second part confirms how DEEP God love us to the extent that he GAVE (SACRIFICE) his only son.

Love is demonstrated by SACRIFICE/GIVING.

Sacrifice involves giving up something valuable for SOMEONE you consider to be MORE IMPORTANT (VALUABLE).

This means in sacrificing, the value one gives is directly connected to the value or respect one has for the person he/she is sacrificing for.

God value & respect us more than any other thing, he created.

3. "EVERYONE WHO BELIEVES IN HIM"

The love of God is subject to BELIEVE (ACCEPTANCE).

No matter how much someone loves you, if you don't ACCEPT that person, then love is not complete.

The legality here is "In Love there is offer (proposal) & acceptance"

God is OFFERING US his LOVE but it is OUR responsibility to BELIEVE (ACCEPT) GOD'S LOVE.

4. "MAY NOT DIE BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE."

This talks about the benefits or advantages of the Agape Love of God ....that is, Love does not destroy life but love saves life.

"it is only when you believe (accept) that you can have the legal right /access to salvation.

"Acceptance gives Access"...

May God grant us deeper understanding of his word & help us to practice his word in our daily lives.

"LOVE NOT SLEEP, lest thou come to POVERTY; OPEN THINE EYES, and thou SHALT BE SATISFIED WITH BREAD.".. Proverbs 20:13 (KJV Bible)

This powerful verse tells about two things;

1. If you are lazy or love sleeping = Poverty.

To be Lazy means " NOT HAVING ANY REAL PURPOSE or VALUE or To be unwilling to make an effort"

This is means laziness is connected to a person's psychology or mindset & will power.

This also means Not having any vision/aim/purpose can also make you poor.

2. OPENING of our EYES = our prosperity (satisfaction)

The phrase "OPEN YOUR EYES" means "Be Awake or Wise up or be conscious or be Enlightened.

Dreams are not fulfilled by sleeping but by waking up & implementating what you dream .

If you keep sleeping, your dreams would be a mirage.

This powerful verse sends a clear message to us that "We eat at the level of our Revelation/vision/Enlightenment"

"It is the OPENING OF OUR EYES that would cause us to be SATISFIED with BREAD"

This is also means our satisfaction/prosperity is directly connected to our Revelation/vision"...

SUPERNATURAL SPEED

TIME

Time is the third element of Speed.
Time is a limited period during which an ACTION, PROCESS or condition takes place.

Every activity & event is program into time & time is the basis of measuring/calculating the Speed (success) of every activity or event.

"And of the CHILDREN OF ISSACHAR, which WERE MEN THAT HAD UNDERSTANDING OF THE TIMES, TO KNOW WHAT ISRAEL OUGHT TO DO; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment."
1st Chronicles 12:32 (KJV Bible)

It is because the men of Issachar had understanding/discernment into times, that is why they were able to know what Isreal ought to do.

Times & seasons has a requirement/demand that it place on us.

Many people are stuck, confused & disadvantaged in life because they lack understanding/discernment to discern into times & seasons to know what they ought to do at every particular time/season.

It is our ability to discern/understand time & know what we ought to do every specific time/season that gives us upper hand over others.

We don't have all the time in the world because time is a very limited resource that we need to make very good use of it.

You can have all the money, political power, physical strength,expertise, connections in the world but if you lack understanding/discernment into time & what every time/season require/demand from you, you will fail in life.

What do you need Supernatural speed for, if don't respect time?

Our ability to succeed in life is directly proportional to how we respect & response to times/seasons.

May God grant us the spirit of wisdom & understanding to apply his word in our daily lives in Jesus' name, Amen & Amen
