The first African-born Prime Minister of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah was a wild reader and a prominent Pan-African organizer whose radical vision and bold leadership helped lead Ghana to independence in 1957. Nkrumah served as an inspiration to many particularly Martin Luther King, who often looked to Nkrumah's leadership. The Team from My Little Cottage Library by Deladem wish all the Avid Readers a Happy Memorial day. We will introduce some history series about our great heroes such as Nkrumah by the end of the month. Meanwhile enjoy the holiday with a 30mins read on the history about Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah.

My Little Cottage Library by Deladem is a year old today. We're grateful to the Lord for making our dream a reality. It's our earnest hope that, many more children and adults will embrace the art of reading 📚. The benefits of reading cannot be overemphasized. It hasn't been an easy journey but the passion is our drive to reach out to many more. Happy Anniversary to us and our cottage readers ❤️.
