UDS DEEM celebrates world environment day in grand style as lecturers and students come together in unison for a tree planting exercise at the Tolon district. There was also a radio sensitization program - done as a joint collaboration of UDS (Department of Environment and Sustainability Sciences) and Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) all in commemoration of the day

The Faculty of Natural Resources and Environment in collaboration with Mole National Park and Arocha Ghana have celebrated the International Day of Biological Diversity. The day was marked with lecture presentations on biological diversity conservation. The celebration was held at the Jebote conference hall in the MNP.
