Key lines:
"The Anbariya Sunni Community hereby issues this press statement to reaffirm our position on the Promotion of Proper Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill currently before the Parliament of Ghana. As a Muslim community, our position on it remains known which is a total support for its passage. "
"Our press engagement this evening is thus purposely to urge on the president H.E John Dramani Mahama not to be swayed by external and internal pressures to depart from his long-standing known position on the bill."
"In conclusion, we call on all civil society and like-minded faith-based organizations to rally behind our call and to encourage both parliament and the presidency to see to the passage of the bill into law as we call on all citizens to lend their moral and civic support to the passage of the bill. Indeed, this is not merely a political issue but one that concerns national identity, moral responsibility, and the future of our society."

To all members and sympathizers, now that the case is over, let's get to work. Serious work; to uphold the legacy of Afa Ajura, the father of SUNNAH in Ghana.
*2nd February, 2026*
*Judgment Day*
*Anbariya vrs Dr. Osman*
Reliefs by Plaintiff:
1. *Declaration that the Plaintiff owns the University*
The Plaintiff is a registered liability company.
*ATUC*
ATUC and TUCT are one and the same and belonged to the subscribers.
Anbariya Vocational Institute was used to acquire interim accreditation.
IDB financed the projects.
30th November, 2005 saw the registration of Anbariya Technical University College.
Project Executive Summary revealed all the funds, land and VTC classrooms and also found itself in the report of the REGSEC.
DR. Abukari never denied that ATUC belongs to Anbariya.
Dr. Abukari admitted in a video of the handing over of VCT that the chiefs of Vitting donated the lands to Anbariya for the projects.
There is nothing like Republic of Iran Joint Project.
Merely changing ATUC to TUCT has no effect on the ownership.
The hostels were constructed for TUCT..
Dr. Abukari handed over VCT buildings and ATUC to An Anbariya..
Dr. Abukari admitted in public that VCT and ATUC belonged to Anbariya but didn't add Anbariya as a subscriber. He acted in bad faith.
He changed the name of ATUC to TUCT in Accra without Anbariya.
Granted that the land belonged to Republic of Iran why didn't he add the name during the registration or subscription.
As at 1989 there was only Anbariya as a registered entity in 1983. There was no ATUC or TUCT. Dr. Abukari never claimed that he personally acquired any lan but for TUCT as claimed. If Dr. Abukari admitted that the land belonged to TUCT then that claim bounds his successors.
When REGSEC pronounced that VTC belongs to the Plaintiff he moved out of the buildings to Dungu and at that time there was no laboratory building on the disputed land.
At the time Kanpankuyanaa mediated there was no TUCG but ATUC/TUCT.
All the change of names were only to outwit the Plaintiff and to expunge it's name from the university.
*This was fraudulent acts by Dr. Abukari (defendants)*.
Throughout the inception of this case the defendant maintains that he is an employee of the university hence can't be sued.
The defendant claims that he caused the laboratory to be built hence he can be sued. Dr. Osman has trespassed on Anbariya land.
*Anbariya Islamic Institute without doubt owns TUCT*.
*I hereby declare that Anbariya owns ATUC/TUCT/TUCG. Cost of GH¢100,000.00. The entire area of Vitting belongs to Anbariya*
A L H A M D U L I L L A A H
Praises and thanks all belong to Allah.
Anbariya is the RIGHTFUL owner, The others are wrong. WRONG.
