Ghana has once again lost a patriot, an industrious daughter and a giant in the the political landscape. As a minister of health, she was such an open, approachable and deligent person that everyone loved to work with. She indeed, solved numerous problems in the health sector during her time as minister. We the Nurse Practitioners - Ghana fraternity are grateful for your listening ear, and will dearly miss you. We love you but God loves you more. As you return to your maker, we can only say, may God accept your soul and grant you eternal rest. RIP Madam (Sherry Ayitey)!

.... recoveries, peaking, class rooms open soon! We, however must take caution to avoid spreading the disease if we get back to school.

Community spreading has started exponentially, we must do the following now,
1. Start mass random screening and testing in addition to the contact tracing at the community level
2. Develop and publish the epidemiological map showing the communities and towns affected by the disease and update it regularly
3. Intensify public education at the community level
4. Implement restriction of movement of people across the whole country (this should not be treated as a enforcement of curfew)

2. Intensify public education at the community level
3. Implement restriction of movement of people across the whole country (not curfew-like enforcement)
4. Develop the epidemiological map showing the communities and towns affected by the disease and update it regularly.
