Robert Fynn and management of STTI paid a courtesy call on the Western Regional Minister Hon Joseph Nelson yesterday 22nd May 2026 to present his award as the Overall Best Student in the 2025 CTVET Certificate II Examinations. Accompanied them was the Western Regional Director of GTVET Service Engr Anthony Owure - Agyeman and his Deputy Mr Tuffour.
The Director who led the delegation was so proud of the success of Robert and STTI as a whole and said the award is a great achievement for TVET in the Western Region and he will do his best to organize Programmes to showcase what TVET stands for, for the public to be educated.
The Regional Minister was so so very proud of Robert Fynn and promised to assist him in his educational career to any height. The delegation includes the Principal of STTI Engr Thomas Kobina Cudjoe, the school chancellor Rev Joseph Amoo and the sister Miss Linda Fynn

*Hon. Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah Donates 10 Boxes of Sewing Machines to Sekondi Takoradi Technical Institute(STTI).*

The Member of Parliament for Takoradi Constituency Hon. Dr. Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah through his women's wing leaders has donated 10 boxes of sewing machines to the Sekondi Takoradi Technical Institute(STTI), boosting the institute's Sewing Department. This contribution aims to equip students with practical skills and enhance their employability.

The Women's Wing leaders stated that the donation is part of the MP's ongoing efforts to support education and skill development in the constituency, empowering young people to become job creators, not just job seekers.

The institute's authorities thanked the MP and pledged to utilize the equipment effectively.
