Are you a "Star Performer" at work? Your level of Professionalism is "Amazing", sometimes you feel you are "over-doing" it.
What MOTIVATES you? Are your employees not motivated enough? Most often than not we hardly come across team members or work colleagues who do not have the same drive as YOU!
verywellmind.com describes motivation as "Motivation is the process that initiates, guides, and maintains goal-oriented behaviors. It is what causes you to act, whether it is getting a glass of water to reduce thirst or reading a book to gain knowledge".

Let's talk about how you feel. isolation. Let's talk about how you are seen at work. Do you feel isolated? Under-appreciated? Taken for granted? Misunderstood?.

Just google "people feeling unappreciated at work" and you’ll get a search return question that ‘what to do when you don't feel valued at work’
We’re not asking if you’re devalued. Are you feeling devalued - at work?

Over 6 months ago, Covid-19 hit hard.
Most of you have been remote working for that entire time; many of you have not been given much responsibilities at work by your boss or fellow colleagues and peers neither any physical interaction with them.

Who has ever been labelled?

According to the online dictionary, labelling is "assign to a category, especially inaccurately or restrictively".

'inaccurately' could mean misunderstood 🤔

Colour energy and how we show up in terms of colour can often lead to a risk of labelling. Just because you are often enthusiastic, does not mean you are "a yellow".

Personality profiling should not be about sticking people into convenient little boxes. The world has outgrown that.

We use the term "leads with" instead of just chucking someone into a box (and leaving them there).

It's not just about colour. It's about our preferences too, so check out our video on the Clarity4D colour model.

Example - You don't have to be "a red" to be a leader.

In fact, 29% or nearly a third of all employees wish organizations would act with more empathy. (source -hbr.org)

You may NEED to create a goal 💯 but what about...
Develop a structured plan to achieve the goal 📘
Have fun and excitement doing it ⭐
Support and empower your people 💚

The Clarity4D full profile is now being recognized as a developmental tool and encourage a mindset shift that we are all a blend of all 4 colors.

All 4 Make You - 100% Clarity4D
