Here's the key word: SPECTRUM.

Some are highly talkative. Some barely speak. Some live fully independently. Some need support every single day. It's a wide range, not a single fixed image.

🧩 Three things autism often looks like:

1. Difficulty with social interaction, reading facial expressions, holding conversations, understanding unspoken rules.
2. Repetitive behaviours or routines, needing things a certain way, getting upset when plans change.
3. Unusual reactions to senses, sounds, textures, or lights that feel overwhelming to them but normal to us.

And here's what it does NOT look like:
❌ Rudeness
❌ Bad parenting
❌ A phase they'll "grow out of"
