Sourcing the data from the World Health Organization and the Ghana Mental Health Authority, it is clearly established that 41 percent of Ghanaians experience some form psychological distress. Majority are young people between 15-35 years old.

Many people have a basic understanding of their physical health, but very few embark on the self-exploration that fosters mental well-being. Where does one even start this journey of self-discovery?

Many people only start to learn about and appreciate mental health issues post-secondary school or even after university.

· What are the barriers to knowing the mental-self( external and internal)
· How does one develop a relationship with the self?
· How do we recognize when we are triggered, how do we respond when we are triggered, and how do we implement strategies that prevent constant triggering?

· How do we identify systems that are failing people with learning disabilities and what are the steps to reverse the effect of such systems?
Growing and joining the adult world of work and life.

What habits can we form/practice to help us stay self-aware?

· Is work/life balance a myth?
There’s an increasing number of people experiencing various mental health issues.
· How can we identify some of the most common ones.
· What are the best steps to take when we identify any symptoms?
· Is self-medication abuse?

There is still a lot of silence around common mental health struggles. What are we doing wrong and how can we turn that around as individuals?
