I can't believe it
School Choice GHANA
The current Public Policy financing basic education is in contradiction of the 1992 Republican Const
We live in a country where we don't care about the security of our children. All schools in the country are walled. From secondary schools to universities. It is only governments basics that are not mostly walled. Even children who needs much security are neglected. Anybody can enter into the government schools at anytime and the children can also leave the schools at anytime for good or bad reasons and yet if anything bad happens we blame teachers in these schools for it. Let's note that the teachers alone cannot give these students the needed security we all desire. Let's be serious with our kids and give them the necessary security for teachers alone cannot protect our kids in these free range schools.

If we can choose our governments, why can't we choose our schools?
The poor and underprivileged children should enjoy equal rights when it comes to choosing the best schools for themselves.

Free the Education Market What will education look like in a free market? It will look free, with the joy, creativity, and surprise that come with freedom.
''The case against government schools is simple. The schools are financed through plunder, i.e., taxation. They are isolated from market forces, so the do a poor job of meeting the needs of parents and students. They are creatures of politics and thus serve politicians, bureaucrats, and teachers unions. Finally, they serve the state’s interest in having docile subjects by indoctrinating students and teaching them to conform'' - David E. Shellenberger
Let money follow students not schools
Some people believe that taxpayers money should not be used to finance Ghanaian children attending private schools. Is that not hypocritical since the same taxpayers money is paying for health care in private health care facilities, via our social engineering National Health Insurance scheme? I don't think health care is more important than education, in fact they are equally important.
The state should crate a heathy competition between the public and private schools to get the in education. Government should not monopolize education by supporting only the public schools
Our children are at risk of being indoctrinated into statism (state worship) by the state-run schools. And isn’t it an absolute tragedy to see more than 150 students in one classroom, staffed by only one teacher? We seem to be paying to achieve failure.
