SOME FACTS ABOUT WHY BREAST SAGS (FALLS):
*FACT: Your breasts droop as you get older = True
The connective tissue in your breasts that helps
keep them up and looking perky (firm) gets weaker
with age. They break down as you age.
*FACT: Wearing a bra can't prevent breasts from
sagging = True
Nothing can prevent girls from sag breasts. A bra
will hold up your breasts to give you the shape and
look you want, but it can’t prevent further sagging,
which is caused by age and gravity. In fact,wearing
a bra encourages sagging by weakening the
breast’s supporting tissue.
*FACT: Doing the right exercises can keep your
breasts perky = True
Chest exercises can help improve the appearance of
your pectoral area by strengthening surrounding
ligaments, which in turn may make your girls
(breats) look more lively
*FACT: Breast feeding can cause sagging = FALSE
A study concluded that breast feeding isn’t a risk
factor for sagging of the breast. The real culprit is
Pregnancy itself. Weight gain during pregnancy can
cause ligaments to stretch, which can lead to
sagging later when you loose that weight. While you
can’t avoid sagging completely, you can minimize it
by making sure you stick to a relatively healthy
weight gain when you’re pregnant.
*FACT: Smoking and sun tanning affect how your
breasts look = True
Smoking is a significant risk factor for breast
drooping. The same can be said for any poor
lifestyle habit that breaks down skin’s collagen—
like soaking up UV rays (too much sun) or eating a
nutrient-poor, high-fat diet.
