Countries Reopening For Tourism

Bali (Indonesia): The Governor of Bali has announced that the island will officially be reopening its borders for international tourism on September 11th, 2020.

Belize will officially reopen for tourism on August 15th, 2020 from all countries. Travelers must download a health app prior to arrival and are encouraged to bring a negative covid-19 test.

Bermuda reopen for tourism on July 1st and will be accepting tourists arriving by air from all countries, as long as they adhere to health protocols set out by the local government, which include bringing a certified negative Covid-19 test.

Croatia: As of June 1 2020, Croatia has now reopened to tourists, first by allowing in visitors from countries within the European Union. Then on July 1st, Croatia decided to open to all nations, with very little restrictions or exceptions.

Georgia has announced it will be ready to receive all international tourists starting on July 31st to set zones of the country.

Kenya will be reopening for international tourism on August 1st, 2020.

Maldives border will be reopening for tourism on July 15th, 2020 and international flights will resume. Tourists from all countries will be able to enter the Maldives.

Costa Rica will reopen its borders for tourism on August 1, 2020, allowing tourists from select low-risk countries.

The Netherlands Visa Application Centre reopened for Passport passback services only, not accepting visa applications until further notice.

Canada Visa Application Centre in Accra is partially functional from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Australian Visa Application Centre and Australian Biometric Collection Centre are still temporarily closed.

New Zealand Visa Application and Biometric Collection Centre are still temporarily closed.

South Africa Visa Application Centre, still temporarily closed.

Norway Visa Application Centre in Accra (Ghana), Abuja and Lagos (Nigeria) are currently accepting long stay visa (student, work, resident permit) applications.

Switzerland visa services; the Swiss Federal Council plans to lift restrictions on the admission of workers from non-Schengen states and third countries on 6 July. This means, that it will again be possible to come to Switzerland to work in the tourism or culture sectors. Also on 6 July, restrictions will be lifted on stays of longer than 90 days for third-country citizens.
